The hosts were very kind and caring. Everything was spic and span. Good breakfast. Coffee, tea etc. in the room and extra in the hallway if you needed some more. Beautiful bathroom with interesting shower head. Ample parking. I would definitely recommend this B&B. Our room was relatively small. That is OK in itself, but it would have been nice to have had a small seating area for guests in the garden. Especially when you decide after an active day, to stay at the accommodation for the remainder of the day. Of course I understand that the hosts value their privacy.

Excellent parking on the drive. Warm welcome and friendly engagement with owners throughout. Very clean and tidy room with ample wardrobe space. The en-suite bathroom facilities were equally spotless with an excellent roomy shower. Tasty breakfast provided with self-service access to replenish room refreshments throughout the day.

Nothing in particular. We had no objection to leaving our shoes in the shoe rack provided at the front door at the request of the owner. Some guest might, so it might be useful to provide guests with the type of bathroom slippers hotels often do.

Room was very clean, comfortable bed (I had an excellent night’s sleep), breakfast was excellent. Welcoming hosts. Hot shower. Water, tea/coffee and biscuits in the room.

These are minor points. 1. The kettle was too big for the small sink so it was difficult to fill it without tipping the water out again when I tried to get the kettle out of the sink! 2. The shower head was a bit low and couldn’t be raised any higher - would have been more of a problem for someone taller than me.

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable accommodation run by friendly and helpful hosts. A quiet room overlooking the garden was a bonus as I have difficulty sleeping. Free parking onsite a bonus for Chichester.

Nothing really. The property is outside the town which is about a 20 minutes walk away. Not a problem for us but it may be for some. The passing bus service is not very frequent and finishes early evening.

The owners were sooooo welcoming and friendly and warm. I felt like I was part of a small family straight away. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, and the place was cleaner than I've seen anywhere in the UK. The area and the entire house were very quiet especially at night (which I particularly appreciated). The walk into city centre is very pleasant.

The spacious room was excellent with a nice ensuite bathroom. It was immaculately clean and with plenty of windows and overlooked the garden. Towels, face cloths and all the coffee/tea making facilities were good, Probably the only slight improvement would be a larger TV (the one in the room was the size of a monitor screen), particularly as their lounge area was not available. Breakfast was excellent and they provided everything we needed. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Somewhere we would definitely consider going back to again.

The fact that the lounge was not available, due to a damaged ceiling. We had booked the B&B because Booking .Com site said there was a lounge which we prefer, rather spending time in the bedroom

The parking was great and the walk from the accommodation to Chichester centre was a very easy 15 minute stroll. The room was large, spotlessly clean and well furnished/equipped. The bathroom was fabulous. The hosts were lovely. I felt at home straight away. They were welcoming but not intrusive. The breakfast, included in the price, was substantial and well cooked. This will definitely be my first choice of accommodation when I next visit Chichester

Hosts were very friendly, room was clean with plenty of storage space, hair dryer supplied, shower was good, breakfast was good, cooked fresh to order

Plenty of water supplied in bottles but I would have liked the option of them being cold from the fridge, especially as we had hot weather. Hosts did store medication in the fridge for us.

Wonderful hosts, very pleasant to chat with. The room was clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice, modern and very clean. Breakfast was very acceptable to get the day going, good coffee.

Maybe one small suggestion would be to use fragrance free laundry soap/powder. But I am sensitive to fragrances. Certainly not a problem for most people.

Room was lovely, although being near the railway line you could hear the trains but was not too bad. Lovely friendly staff and very clean.

The timing for breakfast could have been extended to 10am as 8.45am for a bit too early for us on a Sunday.
