didn't have breakfast but the location was spot on. If you were to get the coach then this place is a 2 minute walk if that . Great location for Tower, coral island, sea life , main shops and amusements .

i have no complaints whatsoever , I'm happy to recommend and will stay again,

I only stayed for one night but everything in the room was fine and the young lad on reception was very helpful.

The beds were comfortable all bedding was clean Room was warm WiFi was good Room was good value for money when you just want somewhere to sleep The staff were very helpful

Curtains were hanging down but reported to staff who resolved the problem The toilet chain handle went round and round Room could have been a little cleaner Room was noisy from passing traffic and drunks outside shouting No one on reception to hand keys into so they were left in the lobby way

The staff was welcoming and friendly. Was right in the middle off location where everything was near by on the North side blackpool.. walking distance to the tower, madam tussards.. good bar called the castle with good entertainment on a Saturday night with funny dj all we did was laugh from second we walked in till the end. Hotel was warm also the en suit was small but for what you pay is what u get while your away.. we will use again for sure.

Very good location..the staff were brilliant, couldn't do enough for us. The sheets and towels were very clean, towels changed daily. Comfortable beds. I know they are going to be doing the place up too after speaking to the staff.

They have only just taken over this place and I know they are going to do some refurbishments. The carpets are old and tired and need replacing, which they are going to do. The rooms are very small,but was fine for what we needed.

It was a very good I had a good welcome on arrival I showed to my room and explained everything and if I wanted anything all I had to was ask and it would be sorted he evening asked me to go in my room to clean and change my bedding which was nice usually you don't get asked they just go in there the bed was so confetable and the shower was great I would recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to Blackpool

I can't fort the hotel friendly staff always on hand when you needed them

The staff were really friendly and the rooms where clean and warm especially after getting wet through I'd definitely book again

The bed was comfy but a little small but OK for 1 night and having to go outside to make a phone call as the room was at the back of the hotel which the signal was rubbish

Rooms was clean and tidy coffee and tea in room fresh bedding staff were very helpful and tended to your every needs I thought was good value for money and I carnt say much more than that the location is good for the seafront and it is only 5 mins away 😁

Busy street so before 10 o'clock bit noisy but after that fine and being hot and having the window open didn't help with noise

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they absolutely went out of their way to help. The room was very clean and centrally located to the town centre and beach, just a 2 minute walk. There is no parking, however there is a drop of parking by directly outside the hotel Wych is very useful to drop off your things. We did not have breakfast here, however the dining area looked very nice. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
