We had an amazing stay with this hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing (Ann & Nigel) they went above and beyond for our family and even found us another place to stay for the night when there were train strikes as they couldn’t accommodate us as were fully booked they also explained to other guests that we had a young child so the other guests were absolutely respectful because of this, even the admin went above and beyond when we asked if we could leave our luggage with reception until we checked in which we didn’t need in the end, such an amazing team who manage this property can’t fault them whatsoever

The staff were exceptional and very welcoming. Ann nigel and Jade were amazing staff. We had an amazing perfect time, and the room was fantastic and clean to hotel standards exceptional . Overall, I had a blast me and my partner and I had a perfect time and felt at home here. I would definitely recommend for anyone to choose this hotel . I booked again for 2 weeks next year in July. I can't wait I'm gonna miss this place and feel the staff are more like my family ❤️ god bless and goodluck to Ann nigel and jade love you guys 🙏😘💗

People running this place, lovely, so warm, when checking in felt like having a pint and bother them before going out, absolute diamonds, size of my room, I was there with a toddler, I can't fault them for the price, love you guys, you are amazing, will come back

They try, they do, you get clean sheets and that, everything I found was left by disgusting people, chewing gum in curtains for example... Cut off nails by the bed, again, people... People are disgusting, don't blame the cleaning person

We arrived a couple of hrs early hoping to drop luggage off and was surprised to find our rooms ready and we booked in straight away . Although the room was small for four of us, and the other room booked was small for three, they were well laid out and clean ,and plenty of supplies for tea and coffee.

The bathroom was very small and there was only one plastic cup for washing teeth .

Very friendly and helpful hosts 5***** ....Andy was super. Room very clean comfortable beds clean bed linen shower room spotless shower wash and soaps in shower room and fresh towels. Plenty of tea and coffee in room. Great location next to north pier and all pubs. we will stay again the price was a bargain. we will stay again. Many thanks Linda and Chris

The amazing customer service and brilliant place if you wanna ve near the center it's a 20 mins walk to pleasure beach and a 5 mins to all merlin attractions I'd highly suggest staying hear its coast but what else you going to get for the price it was and thay was no curfews you could come and go as you please.

The property was very close to the beach and the staff (Ann & Nigel ) were fantastic hosts and went above and beyond for our family and went out of their way to explain to other guests that we had a young child so the other guests were very respectful

Our stay was amazing so we can’t think of anything we didn’t actually like

The location was fab, the welcome from the staff was lovely so friendly and helpful.

The only thing we found a problem (and no fault of the hotel) was all the car parks around the area were full. it was saturday night the lights were on and Blackpool was rammed. so just plan your parking before arrival.

1st the price 👌2nd the lovely lady Ann ❤️then the nice clean an fresh smelling room an clean bedding , Ann did tell us the TV not working so I had a quick look an fixed it for her thanks very much we will 110percent be back soon
