The breakfast was great, just enough on the plate. The hosts were warm and friendly. I took ill on last night and they allowed us a little extra time in checking out. Nothing seemed to much trouble. I wanted a bed and breakfast and that's exactly what I got. I would definitely stay here again if I came to Blackpool

Maybe a few more milk cartons as we like our coffee milky, but there were extras downstairs anyway.

The hosts are very welcoming, I truly felt at home and that is precious. I went for a micro staycation and I couldn't have asked for a better one! Great location near the beach and the tower, cozy facilities and excelent breakfast. Strongly recommend!

My room was terrific value for money and was very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, with a padded headboard and great pillows. The whole place was very clean, and the stair carpet is new and not at all frayed, which is a first for me in Blackpool, lol. This is one of the larger old houses in Hornby Road and has high ceilings. I would definitely stay here again.

Although the system of code access worked fine, it felt a little strange to never see a soul the whole time I was there. They do make it clear that you can contact them about any issues, though. The window in my room was too high up to reach, and though I managed to close it using a clothes hanger when it got chilly, I then couldn't open it again next day.

Everything. Especially the mushrooms. First class.

The bed was in the top 3 that I have slept in (and I travel a lot for work), although the room was quite small it was fine for us as a couple and the others in our group felt the same about their rooms too. Location is fantastic, perfect for those wanting to stay central. Room had ALL toiletries needed, plenty towels, iron and hairdryer, even little biscuits, they covered every base! As people who like to just do our own thing the self check in was perfect, I love the keys on the bedroom doors, it makes life so much easier BUT that's not to say there was no communication, I received a text with instructions on the morning of the stay and all my questions were replied to super quickly too with concise and polite replies. The room was clean, bathroom clean too and bedding was so nice, perfect having 2 pillows each without having to ask for them! We would DEFINITELY stay again and 100% recommend!

Excellent little hotel I booked up a 2 night stay at this little Wonderful Hotel on arrival i was told my room was not ready so up graded me to a twin on suite excellent location Graham even took my back to the club were i left my bank card top man

This apartment was the perfect place to stay for myself and my brother, as it has 2 bedrooms, plus the added bonus of an open plan lounge and dining area and a kitchen, so we were able to cook an evening meal and breakfast. We were able to let ourselves in as the key was in a lock box, which was easy to access from the information provided. Location was good as only about a 15 minutes walk from the train station, and 5 minutes walk from the Winter Gardens, where we went to see a show. Owners were always quick to respond to messages, so any minor issues were dealt with quickly. It was also reasonably priced, so I would definitely consider staying again if in the area. Many thanks.

The location of this hotel is brilliant for anyone who loves to be in on the action, but able to have a quiet moment. It’s just across from the coach station which is even better and the prom is 2 minutes away at most. It’s basic, but for the price it’s why you get, but the rooms are clean and tidy, so are the facilities such as the toilets and showers. The breakfast here is a highlight as well, perfectly cooked and huge it really hit the spot after the previous days long walks and burning of energy. The best part of the stay was the owners of the b&b. Chatty, incredibly friendly they make you feel welcome from the moment you step foot and if you need anything you only have to ask. Me for one? I’ll definitely stay here again, no questions asked.

Lovely friendly hotel with a warm welcome and great value for money. Very clean and excellent breakfast. My room had everything I wanted and the bed was very comfortable. I would certainly stay again.
