The location was good for where we needed to be. There is a good selection of shops and takeaways nearby. Not to much traffic, so it's not too noisy. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. On the whole very good.

It could do with a bit more in the way of accessories for the kitchen, eg. Salt, pepper ,oil things like that. There wasn't a tin opener,but they were very helpful in getting one. The toiletries were not as described in the advertisement, and we were very surprised that £100 was taken as a breakage deposit as it said £50 in the advertisement.

Only a 20 minute walk / 4 minute drive from the city centre. Check in and check out was easy. The room had everything you need. The £50 security deposit was a bit of a worry as you had to bank transfer on arrival to get the information for the key and online there were bad reviews but we can confirm that we have received our deposit back and it was nice and easy. I suppose they need to have a way of making sure that they have security if someone trashed the hotel and also they don't just want to give the codes out to anyone.

A sign would be good to let you know where it is as it just looks like someone's house and so it isn't obvious.

Absolutely adored this place. It was cozy, quiet, very clean, and offered a lot of amenities. WiFi was excellent for streaming services, and coffee, tea, and biscuits were a great bonus. Toilette was immaculate with a great shower, and all appliances and TV were great for feeling right at home. Staff were also friendly and communicative during my stay. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again for another night in Coventry.

Clean, comfortable, well stocked with toiletries and tea/coffee etc. Got parking on the drive on one night, not the next, but ample parking on the street. Quiet house. Near to lots of shops and amenities. Was expecting deposit to be taken from a credit card, but ended up paying it via paypal. Received it back the same day after sending my bank details. Would visit again. Thanks

As a lone female traveller, I would have appreciated meeting someone at the house. I felt a bit vulnerable on arrival. However I didn't see anyone else who was staying there over the 2 days, and there was no noise, except from the street. I also had text messages from the owner so felt connected - I would hope that if I had texted with a problem, I would have had a response.

the location was great, the apartment was very clean and it was mostly quiet during our stay. the bed is comfortable as well which is great.

I was quite surprised to see a 10am checkout to be honest, especially during a bank holiday stay. I usually see 11am check out and that hour makes a big difference for me.

Excellent communication from owners of the property! When we first arrived at the property me and my partner thought to ourselves 'what have we booked here' it didn't look very inviting..... however, do not judge this property by the outside because as soon as you open the door to the apartment it is absolutely beautiful. There was an Aldi literally round the corner and takeaways galore. Everything was immaculately clean, the decor was modern and very cosy. The property is 100% worth staying at for the price. Such a bargain for what it was. We loved our stay and will definitely be going back again. Thank you to Jasvinder for your brilliant communication. 5 stars from us :-)

The only down fall about this property is the parking. Could not fault anything else.

Apartment was exactly like it looks in the photos. Very clean (including bathroom) and has all kitchen facilities. Great parking and very easy to collect keys.

Stayed during the heatwave so it was very hot during the night. The pillows weren't comfortable but still managed to get some sleep.

it was easy to find and in a quiet location. the apartment itself had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

the position of the tv was a little off for where the bed is but that’s not a major, there were a few dirt marks around the skirting and on the wall, but again, that’s me being picky!

Apartment was fresh & clean. They are really studios with kitchen, sitting area & bedroom in one area. Parking currently available.

Initial impressions from outside not great…..Apartment lots nicer on the inside.

Excellent Location for the NEC and Birmingham City Centre. Practical and comfortable apartments with a great range of amenities within the kitchen area. Very clean.

Car park was unavailable due to construction work. This should have been communicated beforehand. Had to park on the street which felt unsecure and as it was a residential area we felt we were being rude to the residents.
