This is a really special hotel-- far better than the vast majority of hotels we stay at on business trips, and a place I would love to return to for a personal break. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and very high quality, it's easy to find and parking is easy and free. But best of all is the service -- the whole team there are warm and caring, and seem to be able to do anything they can to make guests' stay better. And their restaurant serves fantastic home-cooked food-- it was good enough to be worth a return visit in future just to have another meal there.

There is some road noise for one or two bedrooms that face the road (not too bad for us).

Modern hotel, nice setting. Plenty of parking spaces. Had a really nice welcome and staff were very friendly. Couldn’t do enough for you and it was quite refreshing. large room and plush bathroom with rainfall shower.

Would have scored higher but as I left very early I couldn’t comment on the breakfast. Still they kindly provided me with croissants, apple and a breakfast bar so I had something in the morning. Had a nice home cooked curry that evening but the choice was only veg or chicken. Presume the kitchen is not ready to cater for food yet as curry was the only option but it was a tasty meal if you like curry. This was also provided FOC so can’t really grumble. but if you don’t like curry it would mean having to go out for food.

We stayed at The Old Hall for a week of exhibitions in Coventry. The structure is impressive in its newest appear and have recentry been refurbished completely. The staff made us feel like at home from the first night, they managed to prepare us food and drinks and always looked after our needs with the maximum availability and politeness. We had a touch of pure fantastic Indian food, as well as a typical british dinner and, of course, had the best of the drinks, as the hotel have an amazing bar supply. A word must be spent for the wonderful garden plenty of water and trees, a paradise place to us. Thank you Georgie and Deepak, and see you next time for sure!!!

Attractive old building in its own grounds. Excellent good-sized quiet room with a large comfortable bed. Everything in the room worked well, was very clean and looked new. The people working in the hotel were all very nice.

The continental breakfast was a bit disappointing. The chef isn't there in the mornings which makes it difficult but it would be relatively easy for the hotel to offer fresh fruit (e.g. a banana or some fruit salad) in addition to the pastries/toast. This would have made the stay perfect.

Great location for what we needed. Friendly staff. Good feel. Fabulous room and very comfortable bed. Good selection of complimentary toiletries.

Blackout curtains weren’t very blackout so outside security light shone through the sides. Went to make a coffee in the morning to find there was no milk in the room. Disappointed it was just a continental breakfast. No cooked breakfast but offer of toast or a toasted sandwich from the café. At nearly £300 for our room for 1 night and a long drive ahead the breakfast was a let down.

Beautiful, plush and immaculate 10 bed period property/hotel and lovely grounds. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful.

The sensor light didn’t work in the bathroom. The cafe, where we went for breakfast, is small compared to the size of the hotel bar & dining room. Though breakfast was included there wasn’t a chef on site so we were offered toasted sandwiches, pastries or cakes.

Beautifully decorated hotel with great facilities and rooms. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Chai Dopehar afternoon tea was just amazing - taste and presentation were brilliant. We were looked after to the point where food was arranged for us at our convenience, drinks and cake were brought to us proactively. We were even brought some complimentary chocolate fudge cake in the evening whilst sat in the gardens. Just fabulous!

Thankfully this hotel rescued me after he Amsty Hall cancelled on me last minute. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and the friendliness of the staff was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. Very quite and the beds were comfy. I would definitely stay again.

The Old Hall Hotel in Coventry is a fantastic hotel. The best hotel I have stayed at all year- and I have been to 4 or 5 in different UK cities. It is spacious, comfortable, stylish and incredibly easy. The rooms are large, yet it is far quicker to go from the car park to your room than in the standard chain hotels with miles of corridors. The hotel has clearly been refurbished recently to a very high standard. And crucially, the beds are comfortable. Probably best of all, though, was the warm, friendly service from all the people I met, from reception to the bar to breakfast. They raised my already great experience to a superb one. I will definitely return to this excellent hotel.

I stayed at The Old Hall Hotel at the end of April. I found the complete stay to be exceptional. Everything from the staff, service, rooms and food was quality. I was really looked after and will certainly book whenever I am in the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a business or private basis.

The hotel was quiet, but it was mid week and it is building business as it is new. However, that aside I cannot call out anything that I did not like.
