I liked how comfy the bed and bedding was. Everything was clean inside the room and the bathroom. The shower was also really really good. Also the iron and iron board was a bonus! Management was really receptive too as my stay got shortened and they did not need to refund me but they did without question. Thank you

Kitchen could have been a little cleaner but you do not have to go into the kitchen if you do not wish to do so?

Clean, close to the town centre, staff were able to accommodate my changes in arrival and departure days despite Booking.com's refusal to do so. A little bit more money per night than other places in and around Crewe, but still a nice place for the asking price.

The instructions given for entry and egress (to the main building, not the room) could've been clearer, also some instructions on how to actually find the place would be greatly appreciated I feel, as I wondered around the town for about 20 minutes trying the find it. The instructions for opening and closing the lockbox are a little oddly worded and is very fiddly to close when all of the door keys are inside, may need a larger box for the amount of keys.

The location was immediate with Crewe town centre, and a half a mile from the railway station, which was fine, as i saw neither taxis no buses in the deeply depressed area of town. I paid under £40 a night, which was perfectly all right for accommodation very like a Universty hall of residence(and hence familiar to me). Also the small family run Polish restaurant right next door is excellent

The depressing nature of the area. Everything, even McDonald's has closed. Nothing left except video games, pawnshops, and pubs. I had an important meeting to have, or I should not have been there. Daytime, local people are very friendly. In the evening, those roaming are mainly the lost, drunk, and lonesome

Location was great for the town centre and the room was comfortable and clean. Bed was hard, but I slept very well and was happy with the facilities generally. Check-in was easy and the host responded quickly.

The kitchen was a bit grubby, and I had to clean the cutlery before using. The room needs a bit of an update - wallpaper falling off and some scuffs and marks. Not the Ritz, but I’d stay again.

Welcoming host with great pre-arrival contact. I called him by phone twice and was super amenable to answer all my questions. Clearly a lovely and hospitable guy. Bed was comfy, room was spotless. Just what I needed for a night. Also there is a bus stop literally right outside which was very convenient for me to get to Nantwich for a wedding.

Only thing was that the room facing the street did not have good window blinds and let a lot of light through, so bring an eye mask!

Fourth visit and after booking.com messing it up last time...this time...nice and smooth. Got to meet the owner, nice guy called Steve... So much better getting to know the owner of the place you are staying in...

No issues...Steve was a great and also the cleaning lady...for getting two batteries for the TV remote 👍

perfect location, right beside the bus stop, short walk to Lidl, the bed was lovely and comfy, had a great sleep, owners were lovely and I will definitely be back again 10/10

only thing I couldn’t find was a hairdryer but apart from that everything was absolutely perfect

Good sized room with bathroom, comfy bed, good heating, nice communal kitchen, easy access to room with codes, quiet. Will go back as Crewe, much cheaper accommodation than Liverpool or Manchester and easy access by train to lots of nearby towns and cities

Ideal for contractors like myself with having the use of a kitchen.

very high step into the building. I found myself killing time after work because I couldn’t park close by until 6pm because of no car park. parked around the back which looks a bit dodgy however I had no issues.

Great location, great to have kitchen downstairs to cook own food.shower was good n bed comfy

Upstairs kitchen bin was full and no plates or toaster, middle kitchen had no bin liner. Nowhere to recycle bottles/cans/glass
