Food was delicious, staff very attentive & friendly room was spotless, bed very comfy The highlight of our stay was the Spa, it was gorgeous! Pool very clean and its a huge pool! I had a deep tissue massage from Kareon and it was absolutely amazing, she made me feel so comfortable in the treatment room, the massage was the best ive ever had, sorted my back out completely, the most kindest and loveliest woman i have every met, she is fabulous in every way! Couldn’t recommend her more! We will definitely be back!

We loved every bit only a suggestion really, possibly upgrade tvs to smart tvs so can have more in a way of movie options

Everything, beautifully appointed building, comfortable, clean and in exceptional surroundings. All staff were so professional, you genuinely could not fault the level of service, politeness and professionalism of this exceptional team from front of house to housekeeping to bad and restaurant. Special shout out for Josh whose meet and greet service was above and beyond I have ever experienced, Magdalena front of house who was professional, and knowledgable and to the breakfast, dining and bar staff who met you with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble, service was exceptional…the senior leadership team have a gem of a team that they should rightly be proud of. would highly recommend this hotel

The overall look and ambiance of the hotel was just lovely. Staff were attentive from first meeting to when we were ready to leave. Nothing was too much trouble. The pool was great with ease of access and towels provided. The dining experience was sumptuous and each course was matched with wine/cocktail. Breakfast was freshly prepared and plentiful with again attentive staff.

The sauna was a little cooler than one would expect. Slight challenges in getting the dining experience on track due to kitchen issues but the waiter would come and make sure guests were aware of the wait.

The Spa was lovely, the food was lovely, as were all the staff, I ordered a cheese board on its own whilst sitting on the terrace, it took a little longer than expected to arrive, i made no complaint but the staff knew it was slow coming so it was not charged for, it transpired a trainee took the order, it was no problem and I would have happily paid for it but those moments demonstrate what the place is all about. Its a great place, do not hesitate to book. Valet parking, when I went to collect my keys after two days on checkout the staff knew which car was mine and who I was without introduction... is that good or bad, Ha !

Nothing, it was a superb stay.

We arrived quite late in the evening and after a short wait we were greeted at reception who booked us in quickly and showed us to our room. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. Nice large bathroom, very comfortable bed. We arrived late for breakfast as we misread the times but the staff were very accommodating and attentive and made sure we had the full breakfast service, which was great as it was entirely our own fault we arrived late. We also had a later checkout time at no extra cost which was nice.

A fantastic experience for my husband and I who recently stayed for 1 night. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff from the ladies on reception to the bar staff as well as the staff serving us at breakfast. Our room was spacious and clean, exceptional views from our room with a very comfortable bed. We took the opportunity to use the leisure facilities which we thoroughly enjoyed. We decided to eat away from the hotel, a short taxi ride into Nantwich. We cannot thank Rookery hall enough for a relaxing night away.

The staff were charming thoughtful and very approachable especially the receptionist and waiter in restaurant. Our room was beautiful wonderful view and incredibly comfortable bed. The restaurant meal was the best we've had in a British hotel. Usually french hotels lead the way in our book but this was as good. I am a member at another handpicked hotel and the leisure facilities were just as good. We had a very relaxing swim

The fact it was only a one night stay.

this hotel was exceptional, the staff where very helpful and friendly they couldn’t do enough for us. The room we stayed in was up graded to an superior room which was very clean and large and had a tv in the bath. We ate in bar restaurant and the food and service was excellent, it had a lovely cosy feeling about the place. We also had breakfast which was also fantastic sitting in front of bay windows looking out over the country side.

There was nothing to fault with this hotel.

The staff were superb, really made you feel like being at home. I have a bad back and the young lady receptionist helped me with my heavy bags, way above and beyond. Breakfast was very good. Dinner on the first day was a bit of a letdown, but the second and third day was excellent.

I can't think of anything that I didn't really like. Highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in the area.

A really lovely spell away for some quiet time. Very nice bar area - great for afternoon tea (tea leaves + side pot of hot water + tea strainer. Proper job: excellent). Very comfortable bed, so a good night's sleep. All very clean and tidy. We used the spa - swimming pool, sauna and steam room: lovely. Overall impression: very peaceful with lovely staff. Would stay again without hesitation.
