Four Points by Sheraton Edinburgh

Room looked and smelled like it was recently remodeled. Bed was super comfy and plenty of storage. Close to Haymarket station as well so very convenient.

It did get uncomfortable as the weather during my stay was unusually hot. No A/C in the rooms, and while you can open the window, there wasn’t much breeze coming in but at least it helped with the stuffiness. Not really the hotel’s fault though as I’m sure this kind of weather is quite rare, but best to have it just in case in my opinion.

Our room was nice and and the Hotel was very close to the Trams and Train stations. The staff was very helpful and everyone was pleasant. I went out one night to get some late night snacks as the hotel restaurant was already closed. Came back after getting some food and walk into the restaurant to ask for some cutleries, the staff happily hand me 2 pairs, remembered that I had my wife for breakfast, and as I was about to leave, stopped me and handed me some serviettes. Fantastic.

The location was amazing for seeing all the sites we wanted to see. Our room was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was very good. Everyone went out of their way to help us with trying to track our lost luggage, giving us clear directions, and helping us feel welcome. We will recommend Apex Grassmarket to our friends. P.S. We stayed at the Grassmarket as we were moved there by Apex. We were grateful for the clear and timely communication by the Apex staff to make this happen.

The hotel's location is perfect for people attending the rugby or wanting to be close to the centre of the city. The room is beautifully modern and well decorated, and very clean.

The room itself was absolutely roasting with no air conditioning available. This would probably be lovely in the winter, but in August it was too hot for us to sleep with the duvet on the bed

Our booking was changed to the Apex Grass market so comments are for there. Very clean and comfortable room in a great location. added bonus of a small swimming pool.

we had originally booked hay market as told grass market area can be quite lively and was travelling with 10 year old. Both nights we were woken by neighbouring room having a party but a call to the reception and they made a visit and thankfully noise stopped but unfortunate it happened both nights of our stay.

We were upgraded from apex haymarket and was very nice . Beds were extremely comfortable and clean . Good size rooms . Breakfast on day 2 was fab plenty of choice . Got early check In . Staff at breakfast worked very hard to clear back log on 1st day as fire alarm had us out on street , Nice to see all grades of staff helping out so well done.

Called in at reception early afternoon as no bath towels in room , had to call again when we got back late afternoon still none …. Called again and finally got at 6.40 as we were going out at 7 this wasn’t great .reception said they put request through to housekeeping so were let down by them .

A large clean room, spacious bathroom with shower and bath. Excellent location for my work week, only 4 minutes walk to where I had my meetings. I could have not asked for a better location.

Breakfast was not included in the room price. Also the parking fee was very high.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring Edinburgh's city centre, right next to lots of restaurants and pubs, and so close to the castle. The bed was very comfy and the room was spacious and nicely decorated with modern furnishings. We were glad to see that the room was also equipped with a mini fridge! We also really appreciated the hotel parking, which cost £12 per night and felt safe, the drive in/out of the city centre was also not bad at all. The staff were friendly and were happy to answer any questions we had.

The location and front reception staff were fantastic

For some bizarre reason we were only given one teaspoon between 2 of us for the duration of the stay. Also there was supposed to be something with a QR code in the room to let us know about the hotel facilities which was not there.

Location couldn't be better, rooms are new looking and really comfy to large doubles. Front of the building looks up to the castles with lots of fab bars around. The pillows and quilt was feather and I have an allergy to them but let the reception know and they changed them straight over.

Nothing at all was lovely highly recommended
