Not told had to request room to be cleaned for 2 nd night. Never had to request a room is cleaned before. So tea coffee not replenished. Loo rolls not topped up. All things would have been done I'm sure had room been seviced. Also reported large amount of BLACK mould on bedroom window frames. Looked unsightly +health hazard. This was Not cleaned off . I was surprised not done as a matter of urgency. However good value for money. Hotel.

Sunny terrace with fabulous view over Severn Valley, food served from 7am to 11pm and reasonable prices drinks, very clean bedroom and toilets, good value for money. Our bedroom offered complimentary bottles of water with tea, coffee, hot chocolate drinks and generous accompanying biscuits, very nice

Bedroom 6...bathroom could be improved...stand in shower rather than small bath, tiled floor area rather than current floor, power in existing shower is very good. Bathroom very clean. In general the carpet throughout ground floor...something more modern and less patterned might brighten and give cleaner first impression but then again, it does show how well established the property is and how steeped in history

Lovely, big room with everything we needed and a comfy bed. We often stay in Wetherspoons hotels when travelling and find them to be convenient and comfortable. Great Malvern is a lovely place to stay and explore. I left an expensive item in the room by mistake, and this was posted back to me by the manager. All received, many thanks to Grace!

It is worth paying extra for the amazing view in the Feature rooms. Not just for the view, but it also avoids the busy road on the front of the pub hotel and the noise at closing time. We will do that next time!

The views from the feature rooms were spectacular and also sitting on the balcony. Bed was comfortable . Staff were pleasant. Good location for the town.

Tables not cleared or disinfected at all during the whole of our stay . People including ourselves were moving glasses and plates to another table . Also guests were having to disinfect the tables themselves before they could sit down !! Have seen this also at wetherspoons in other locations . Surely it would make sense to designate a couple of the staff to just concentrate on doing this one important job !!!?

As an old building the room was a bit tired and furnished accordingly. Don't expect a Premier Inn or Travelodge where the rooms are all the same! However, it was very clean and well maintained. Lots of tea and coffee stuff. Warm & comfortable and great views over the countryside. Of course, with any 'spoons Hotel comes a good value food and beer! Overall I had a nice relaxing stay and that's what you want isn't it?

The room I was in was right next to reception so there was more noise than I would have liked as people were coming and going. I would stay again without a doubt but request a room further from reception!

I was not expecting a particularly luxurious place to stay- just booked it as convenient location as was in the area for a family wedding. I was very pleasantly surprised - room huge and comfortable with a good view, staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Did not eat there but enjoyed very inexpensive coffee on the outside patio.

It is a pub with the pub smells in the public areas but expected that and was fine. Did not matter as I only stayed one night but did not see a green garden area. I was driven there by family but there is no parking.

The room was massive, huge comfortable bed. Extensive views across the Severn valley. Quirky old room in a quirky old building in a lovely location right in the middle of Great Malvern. Our room was probably one of the best and biggest rooms in the property and it's multi-level. There was in fact a triple room with a second small bedroom up some steps (would have been suitable for a family of three). Liked the biscuits and hot chocolate sachets provided with the tea/coffee facilities. The good thing about this hotel is that you can check-in and get something to eat until 11pm and the bar closes at 1am on Saturday nights. So you can get to the hotel late and still have a beer and some food. We couldn't hear noise from the bar downstairs from our room.

We were next to a extractor fan or air conditioning unit that was quite noisy outside the room and the room was pretty cold. It took a while to warm up, luckily there was a heater. Would have liked an extra duvet as it was pretty thin but it was the middle of the night. One of our key cards didn't work at all but luckily the other did. Also during the day you have to pay for parking unless you're only staying an hour but not on Sundays or after 6pm. All this being said, these minor niggles didn't spoil our stay. We have stayed multiple times before and will return.

The room was a good size with everything we needed for our stay. Added bonus of biscuits and hot chocolate sachets. The view was out onto the main road with the Malvern Hills in the backdrop. We were worried about noise from the road but it didn't bother us too much. We had dinner and breakfast there too.

Nothing about the room, everything was fine. Our only reservation was that the pub does not close until 1am and there were lots of young people in and out with glasses and bottles and standing outside smoking and talking. There were staff around but it didn't seem to be controlled/supervised very well. We decided to stay in the bar until it closed as we felt with the constant to and fro of people it would be noisy on the main street. Its a pub, so its to be expected I suppose.

Having not stayed at the Foley before we weren’t sure what to expect when we booked the family room. In most hotels family rooms are always a bit of a squeeze, particularly when you’ve got two lanky boys but we were pleasantly surprised to have an absolutely massive room with loads of space. Even the bathroom was that big you could throw a party in it (obviously we wouldn’t encourage guests to be partying in the bathrooms!). It was all clean, comfortable and the little touches such as biscuits and bottled water in the rooms were very much appreciated.

You just need to be be aware that given the age of the building the windows are single glazed so if you’re sleeping at the front of the hotel you’ll hear the early morning traffic going along Belle Vue Terrace.

The room was huge and very well laid out. The views from our room was amazing. Only downside is the terrace was just below our room and the bar did not close until 1 in the morning so a little noisy. However, its a pub and the staff did warn us of the possible noise on check in.

The bed I did not find very comfortable, but i am disabled and find most mattresses uncomfortable so no fault of the hotel. I would say the biggest down side to this hotel is lack of parking.
