Good location for where I was working. Excellent team of staff - nothing to much trouble, including filling my milk bottle to take to work for making my tea. Fantastic evening meal menu, well cooked and presented, and quickly served. A word of warning; the Mixed Meat and Cheese Ploughmans is easily big enough for two (but I managed to finish it cos it was so good.) Oh, and the prices are spot on. The bar was busy on all nights which made for a great atmosphere; lots of local folk with chat flowing. Great.

Oh dear, the bane of the small bathroom basin strikes again! Hardly large enough to wash and shave in.

The welcome was great and the owner/woman in charge was very accommodating. She was willing to give us a light breakfast despite the fact that no one else was booked for breakfast and what we wanted was only making her life difficult. The evening meal was very good.

Because I have balance problems, the fact that the floors in the bedroom and landing were not level made it very difficult for me. In addition the steep stairs were difficult too. Maybe these things should be flagged for people of reduced mobility. However I could not fault the welcome and friendliness and willingness to accommodate.

The staff are very friendly and the food excellent.. it is a lovely old building so expect creaky floorboards and a couple of slightly sloping floors but it all adds to the character. it is excellent for a short stay. As this is also a pub / restaurant there was some music which could be heard but was switched off at a very reasonable time and didn’t disturb us whatsoever. We were visiting the Malvern Hill and this location is 10 miles away so ideally situated.

The staff was amazing. Extremely friendly. The room was large, nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable.

From the room I could hear the noise of the car on the main road - although did not really bothered the me that much. The room was large, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was nice and clean - if I had to find something which could be improved - I would suggest to add a little shelf in the bathroom for beauty case etc and another in the shower for shampoo and soap. Other than that, everything was excellent.

My daughters and I stayed in the Family room. The room was spotlessly clean and very well appointed with lovely bedding and thoughtful details. It was lovely to have full size toiletries available for our use, standing fan, spare bedding etc. The room was quiet and we all slept well and enjoyed our stay. We also received a lovely welcome from Nick, who couldnt have done enough for us.

The Wheatsheaf INN is located not far from Malvern and at the outskirts of Herefordshire so it was ideal for me .. the rooms are comfortable as are the pillows . The place is an old style Pub which is great and the food is wonderful . Very well priced I couldn’t complain at all , it’s also very much home style cooking . So I would certainly recommend . I’ve stayed a couple of times and would certainly go back again

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and even volunteered a parking place at the back of the property for our motorbikes. The room was clean (always a priority for us), spacious and comfortable. The food portions were very generous - I had to ask for a half-portion of chips with my burger, which was still plenty - and everything was cooked to perfection. I can thoroughly recommend a stay here, and we will return the next time that we are in the area.

I can't think of anything that could have been improved.

Everything, room was a good size, bed was comfy, room was warm, shower was hot. Breakfast was a good size and proper set you up for the day. Staff were nice, beer was good and not overpriced, round was 50p cheaper than my local. Location is scenic with a ggod garden. Local convenience store. Handy enough for visiting all that Malvern has to offer. Now I know where it is and what it has to offer I'd stay again.

The location says Ledbury but actually it's 3 miles north of Ledbury. Nice location but not really near the actual Ledbury town centre. Breakfast was nice but 12.50 is bit dear.

Lovely staff - extremely friendly (including their two Labradors!) The food in the restaurant was lovely and good value for money too as the portions were really good. The rooms were comfortable and the shower was lovely and powerful. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely stay there again.

It's an old building, so there were the usual things of there not being a plug near the mirror, etc. Also, it is right by the side of a road that seems to be used by farm vehicles and/or trucks which were very noisy early on Sunday morning, but TBH the good far outweighed the bad.

Lesley & the team couldn’t have been anymore accommodating. I stayed the night before my wedding with my bridal party. Dinner was fantastic, as was the breakfast. We had several dietary requirements which were catered to with no issues at all. The staff were friendly, attentive & nothing was too much trouble. All the rooms were very clean - they pictures don’t do them justice. A fantastic stay & I would happily recommend to anyone! Great value for money.

Small negative is the road noise but this is unavoidable given the location is on a main road.
