It was great value for money. Good room size. The buffet breakfast was also rather generous. They have a takeaway option if you are in a hurry too. The lobby cafe/ shop is super convenient especially when you miss the rooom service times or unable to find a seat in the restaurant. Hospitable staff. The car park is super covenient for those driving in for a short stay.

The restaurant room service menu could be more accommodating especially for those with allergies. We were unable to have room service because the majority of the mains had nuts, fish or sulphites. We ordered takeout instead because or this. Also clear labelling/notes on the buffet where there is fish, to prevent utensils being mixed, for allergy purposes. Shower head had limescale which is something that can be easily removed using cream cleaner. The shower screen swings bothways which is a hazard. I think it should be fixed instead, someone almost slipped out of the shower because of this. The thermostat was a little tricky to operate as there was no manual, so the room took a while to warm up.

It was an enjoyable, comfortable stay. We were concerned abt the size of the room/bed since most rooms were saw were small when searching for hotels in london but it was spacious and the bed regular king size, just a tad soft for my personal preference but still comfortable. When we arrived after a long flight, we were hoping for early check-in which was another concern cuz we were only going to know the day of arrival and they offered it too us complimentary, we were very happy. Food at the hotel restaurant was exceptional, really enjoyed our meal there. Amenities/ facilities clean, comfortable, nice. All in all a great stay!

The drainage in the shower, the water went down very slowly so had to run the shower really slow to manage that but no other issue.

The customer service, quietness, location, closeness to the airport but "away from it" all was as mentioned on the website. It was only for one night but my family and I were all very relaxed for our flight the following day. There were 3 of us in one room, which ideally is meant for 2 but they only left towels for 2 people. Once realized contact reception and within 5 minutes additional towels arrived, which is nothing out of the ordinary, but what was pleasing was the reaction of the reception desk and person who brought the "missing" towels, who both seemed very apologetic about their oversight.

Had to pay GBP 15 for overnight parking. This is due to Heathrow Airport Management's obsession for collecting money whilst offering little service, but this was not clear from the website. The hotel has no choice but to charge this fee, but I prefer all costs to be pre-advised. Surprised at the lack of halal foods available at breakfast when the room service menu included several halal and vegetarian options.

Great facilities with the self-help shop and security good. Room was nice and spacious. Bathroom clean and water nice and hot. Staff absolutely top notch. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely people. Breakfast was spectacular for the price and free for the kids who had a fun time helping make their own waffles. Honestly cannot fault it and have booked it for the night before our flight home. Will book again the next time w come through London.

Immediately coming off the flight we were told by airport staff we could walk to the hotel. They got the wrong one! After wandering around for a bit we found it was the 'other's T3 Hilton and we called an Uber. So the only thing is location. It's nearer T4 so would have been handy if it had been described as such. But that was no problem as Bolt and Uber on hand an cheap. Handy for the Tube although we never used it

The shuttle service was appalling. It never arrived. We then walked to the wrong location due to the misleading use of similar names for the two Hilton Garden Inn Heathrow etc etc. Hotels. We were not alone in this confusion. It took 2.5 hours to resolve the issue and, 25 pounds each way to get there and back when we thought we were booked into the Heathrow terminal venue rather than the almost identically named one 2kms away. Staff conformed that this is a common error.

Location information and a clear set of advice on how to get there. Even the in terminal venue is accessed through a carpark with pretty mediocre signage.

The hotel is ideally located for visiting places in London. The underground station is very close and only 4 minutes walk. Better take directions to the Under Ground Station from the reception as just getting on the other side of the road and following it will make it a shorter and easier walk on a plain track. I was impressed by the staff's cooperation too. The private taxi I had arranged was a little late but the receptionist walked upto me and offered me a taxi to the Airport Terminal 3 for 22 pounds. The Hoppa Bus too touches the hotel but with a little extra money one can get a taxi from the hotel. I hope the Hotel would have taxi pickup arrangement from the Airport as well, But I am not sure as I did not explore the possibility. I would love to stay in the hotel on my return journey through London in October but there will be a time lag of 4 hours between the checkout time and my leaving for the airport. I do not know as to how flexible the hotel can be with the checkout time.

Easy walk to train to airport. Soundproof windows. Good restaurant. Good amenities.

Laundry costs expensive. Needed two luggage stands. No hot chocolate sachets.

Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and quiet, restaurant was adequate for my needs. I chose to return to LHR via the Hotel Hoppa shuttle early in the morning and the transfer was smooth and swift.

The property is a little challenging to access via public trans from LHR. Following the directions supplied by the hotel, I chose to take Bus 285 from the LHR Central Bus Station, although the driver said he'd never heard of "Envoy Avenue" and had no idea where it was. I took a chance, eventually seeing the stop pop up on the screen. and was able to get off at the right place. The hotel is visible from the bus stop but it is not immediately obvious where the entrance actually is. Better directions would be helpful.

The facilities when entering the hotel was superb! The foyer area was clean and open and as it was christmas time it was very festive. The bedding and bed was super comfortable and soft, much needed way to end the night. Also has great connections to central london and airport via the tub station (hatton cross which is a 1 minute walk away, and bus stops outside the hotel)

To get checked in took longer than expected, there was only one person at the check in desk but apart from that i had no issues staying here or any issues at the hotel.

The restaurant food was really good, which it isn’t in so many hotels. The car park was also a huge bonus.

There was no swimming pool. we had two extremely active boys in our party and it would have been great if they could have had a swim. Also it is a very bad idea to have two hotels with identical names. We booked through Booking.com and thought we had booked the other hotel so we unloaded there and then had to load up again. However we were really glad we ended up with you because the hotel was so much nicer and it had its own car park. If we needed a hotel in future we would book with you.
