Delta Hotels Nottingham Belfry

Good, I liked the bathroom was spacious had shower cubical as well as bath tub and shower also in one. The room is spacious and like the cupboard with facility on the other side for locker and to keep tea, almost looks like a studio.

We stayed for two nights three days; housing keep sis not come to empty the bins, had to call and ask. No Wi-Fi information on anywhere, had to walk to reception to find out. The room was generally clean, till when I went to lift the note pad, underneath so much dust flaps came out, I straight away had to put it back. 2nd night big cfackroach (bug) Was on the floor in the bathroom, I was brave enough to put in though the loo and flash it off.

excellent staff, friendly and helpful good choice at breakfast (although black pudding was not available). We were very early for breakfast so dont know how it might be at busier times. plenty of parking. Aldi close by if you need snacks!

shabby corridor downstairs to our room, with dirty carpet.. the room itself was clean and well presented. It just gave a bad impression. Close to main road so road noise when outside the hotel but our room was opening onto an enclosed inner grassed courtyard, so noise was not an issue for us.

All staff were friendly, approachable and very helpful. Location was great. Spa facilities were all in good working order and all areas were neat and clean. My only disappointment was that there were no biscuits or sachets of hot chocolate with the tea/coffee facilities in the room! We would definitely recommend this Hotel and stay again. Nice places to walk the dog directly around the Hotel Close to locations we enjoyed visiting such as the Arboretum. Option to eat elsewhere close by and Aldi was a bonus next door!

Very friendly and helpful staff especially on the front desk, there wasn't a question that they couldn't answer, they booked a taxi into the city centre as per our request (£15 one way) wasn't too far at all, lovely driver too! Lovely breakfast, plenty of choice and replenished quickly. Leisure facilities and again the staff very friendly, explained everything well and made for a relaxing morning.

We were allocated a twin room room 303 I believe (it was a room with additional accessibility next to what we think was a generator room) the beds were comfy and the room was good overall but the let down was the shower curtain rail fixings seem to be falling down/hanging off the wall so we ended up using the showers in the leisure facilities, one of the bedside tables (nearest the window) seemed to have a leg glued back on wonky and the pull out tray near hot beverage facilities was dirty with crumbs/empty sugar packets and dusty too. The above was a let down for us but we arrived late and were only staying one night so decided to not let it ruin our stay.

The general atmosphere was good.

I requested for the rooms to be close together as it was a group booking ( as recommended on the website) non of that was followed through. The shower head in the tub was broken and the stopper in the tub stuck. Hence no water was draining from the tub. My x1 night stay I was not able to use the tub. ( although same was reported at reception and was told it will be attended to in the morning. Of which that was when I was checking out). At check-in door cards were mixed up ending in some of the guests allocated wrong rooms ( as it was a group booking) everything appeared chaotic at check in.

Staff were incredible and accommodating. Very warm and friendly. Nothing was ever too much. Special mention to Alicia for making our mummy and daughter stay so special. To Naomi and Callum in the restaurant. And a wonderful young lady who's name began with S at breakfast. To Toby in the lounge and to Sharon at the front desk. All of the staff we encountered were warm, welcoming and so friendly. Thank you for making the time spent with you so pleasant.

Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Lovely lovely stay.

The actual hotel was really nice

It took 1hr to get checked in. Very poor. The staff were under trained, with no manager to give direction and guidance to the staff. Breakfast-The best way to describe this, think Faulty Towers. Again, there was zero organisation, you had to keep asking for everything. There was no glasses, or clean cups, 3 coffee machines and none of them worked. It is a real shame, what a lovely hotel, that will be run to the ground due to not having enough well trained staff and management to guide the staff.

Very comfortable place in a nice location slightly outside the city and because of that surrounded by lots of green. Fast wi-fi with up to 200+ Mbit/s when not busy. Spacious rooms with 2+ windows allowing for enough natural light to reach in. Buffet breakfast - eat as much as you like, offering fried eggs, bacon, sausages, grilled veggies, fruits, toasts, butter, honey... you get the idea.

I wish they served breakfast till 11am on weekdays too haha. Seriously though very good hotel!

Breakfast was great with a variety of products. We had room service, they got quiet a few of our preferences wrong e.g natural yoghurt instead of fruit, 1 fresh orange juice instead of 2 apple juice but was still lovely and delicious. They made my daughter feel special with a balloon and a chocolate star with a card left in the room for her birthday, that was a nice touch. Swimming pool was nice, children can only swim till 6pm though! We didn't arrive till 5pm! There was a wedding celebration in full swing when we arrived, I knew that meant a late night of banging doors when they were to retire for the evening. However it wasn't too bad, a few doors at 1am-2am. Lovely hotel, I would recommend and will be back in the future just maybe on a quieter weekend.

They down graded our room from an online booked family suite to on arrival two standard rooms with a interlink door and made out that they "upgraded us free of charge" Clearly they gave my family room to the wedding guests.

breakfast was well cooked and staff were always happy to help drinks were nice and cold and food was all round good would go back the room had lots of room and the shower was amazing tv was well placed and the bed was lovely

not much the bar could have stayed open a bit longer and the room layout was a bit off some switches did not work and the ac was weak would not stop me from going back could of had cold drinks like cold water
