really nice sized rooms big comfortable beds the shower was really easy to use and was very visually pleasing (having an actual door that isn't glass and locks!) staff were so nice throughout as I was having a nightmare weekend and they accommodated me so well which was massively appreciated. was also literally next door to the venue I was going to!

breakfast was minimal but that was expected. toast, beans, a couple cereals and fruit. im a big fan of toast so this didn't bother me, however for picky eaters might not be great, however it is included in the price. also, they have the option of takeaway cups for tea and coffee.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Continental breakfast options were just right. The room was simple, comfortable and relaxing. Suited our requirements perfectly. Easy to get to as well, due to its central location. The hotel policy of not automatically servicing rooms daily was fine with us. They will service the room daily if you ask but we felt it saved on unnecessary work and was eco-friendly - especially for a relatively short stay.

I didn't enjoy the coffee sachets in the room but the breakfast coffee was great.

The lady Emma was very accomodating . I like the way she assisted me in things I needed.She is excellent .

How I was treated when I arrived , the person must be good ut no sense of care of the customer at all. We arrived at late midnight, we walked with luggage from train station take note heavy luggage. we are very tired. I paid that night stay but since I have booked separately till friday, the guy did not let me go until we paid half of the booking which made me feel uncomfortable , doies he think I will run away or I will not pay, I can pay everything the next day but it was very disappointing how he behave towards us .

Location was perfect for access to a three day event at the International Centre. Also very close to the city centre for restaurants and shopping. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Particularly helpful when one of our party took ill. As an inclusive breakfast, it was great....enough choice to feel satisfied but not too much to feel overfull.

Minor thing but no bath. There was really nothing I could fault.

When we arrived at 8pm that night, we were told that they did not have the room I had booked for my sister and myself as all their rooms were full due to a conference. I booked this hotel in November 2022 and I expected to be accommodated on arrival, NOT to have to wait to see if other properties had a room for us. Eventually, we were given 2 separate rooms which was sufficient but not what was booked. I am angry that we were shoved to one side for a company who probably got preferential rates

Good all round and very reasonable room rate. They had a bar but no catering except for breakfast - which was OK. However, there seems to be a kind of symbiotic relationship with the Holiday Inn next door and everyone tended to drift there for meals and evening drinks.

One snag. The shower hot water tap had jammed and I needed "Samson" level efforts to adjust it. I forgot to mention it to the staff but a regular maintenance check should have revealed it.

comfy room very close to where we needed to be, breakfast was buffet style and a good variety, not many pastries though. Staff are very friendly and informative and helpful. Free parking on site with electric points, these are not in use yet but will be great when ready!

Noisy doors opening and closing through the night/early hours, small cramped shower, old tired furniture although the bed was comfy. long waits for the lifts at busy times

So we actually stayed next door at the Holiday Inn because the international hotel was closed over Christmas. However the room was really good, big square bathroom with bathtub, very clean, room as I booked: two double beds, very warm, staff was always easy to find and very helpful. I already booked a little getaway for half-term, different location, but with Holiday Inn again. WiFi was really good as well, very important for evenings with a small child.

A great stay in what I would call a functional business-orientated hotel. The rooms were simple but clean and quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was excellent too. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Telford Centre where there are lots of places to eat plus bowling, ice rink, etc. The reception staff were welcoming and highly efficient.

The breakfast was a little simple (in the sense that it is true that eggs are not on offer!) but having said that you get bacon, baked beans, bread and cereal so it does the job. For the type of hotel and price point, perfectly acceptable.

The location was perfect for us. We were close enough to all amenities but a short 5 minute walk away that we didn't hear any hassle or bustle. Hotel was clean, tidy, modern, most staff were pleasant and couldn't help us enough.

The Receptionist struggled to find our booking when we arrived. She said it was booked under my middle name but it very clearly wasn't. (Not a big deal but passed the buck so to speak to try and avoid showing she couldn't fund the booking) The room was facing the roundabout and with the warm weather we had the window open so motor bikes and cars that went by racing, were very noisy. Both nights we stayed at the hotel myself and my husband were woken by the smell of weed. When we checked through the window staff were smoking outside.
