Hotel was conventionally located right off the interstate. Several options close by. Big rooms, free breakfast.

Halls and rooms were laid out a big odd, bht not to the point you can’t find where you’re going. Loud, rowdy group at the pool area when we went to it. We chose to leave and go back to our rooms. Pretty sure the same group was smoking A LOT of pot in their rooms, it was easy to tell which rooms they stayed in. Affordable rooms can attract these things I guess.

The location was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed having a variety of breakfast options every morning..

The staff wasn’t necessarily unpleasant, but that was more like because they acted as though the guests weren’t there. I kinda felt invisible. We did end up having a big bug in our room, but it’s not the type to survive indoors so I feel like that was not a regular occurrence. The pool wasn’t dirty, but it is definitely stained pretty badly.

Everything was well beyond our expectations. The room was large, beds were comfortable, breakfast was more than adequate. Parking was convenient and close to several entrances.

There is only one washer and one dryer. If they're being used you may have to wait until midnight to get your turn to use them. Ice machines only on a couple of the floors. It would be nice to have ice machine and snack/soda machine on each floor so you don't have to use the elevator just to get a snack or ice.

The location was great because I was close to the interstate and shopping.

The room wasn't as clean as it appeared to be. There were public hairs on the commode along with blood stains on the shower wall. Also a gelatin hand print on the bathroom door. Once I prepared my self to lay down I was stuck in the foot by a star shaped object, that was made up into the sheets on the bed.

it was so clean and quiet with an amazing room … Only thing I would say need to be better is the sofa bed because the mattress was very thin my children didn’t sleep well but they loved the hotel overall it was amazing

The staff was nice and it was clean.

The door to the room needed to be fixed. We had to swipe the key several times before it would open . We would swipe and try to open the door and it was like it was still locked. And the elevators took a long time to open for you to get off.

Room was ample size and not cramped. Bed and pillows was comfortable. Bathroom and room are clean and updated. The sofa bed was a nice feature and gave us enough space for our stay. Staff was polite and professional. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of varieties to choose from.

We are a family of five and extra towels and pillows would be nice for a family of five.

The two things that I found that could have been better were: 1) I was on the fourth floor and it was the only floor without an icemaker 2) There was a bag of trash sitting next to a garbage can that was there from when I checked in 4 o’clock Friday until I checked out at 7 AM Saturday. (I don’t understand why somebody would pull the trash and leave it sit next to the elevator, tied up in a clear bag)

This was a good stay for my family. The hotel was in a great location and our room was spacious and clean! We also had fun in the heated indoor pool and enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet in the morning. Would stay again!

Some of the doors could use some maintenance. Our main door lock didn't work and the door kept sticking every time we tried to get into the room. Our bathroom door also creaked a ton.

Shower was great. Tall enough for 6' and plenty of water pressure. Very comfortable beds. Very nice pool. Staff are so friendly. We had to ask for a change of rooms. We were on first floor with small child in room above running and playing. They changed our room, no problem. Would definitely stay again. Very clean!!!

The waffle maker was broken on our second day. Not a big deal for most of us, but the only thing the youngest grandson eats for breakfast.
