Four Points by Sheraton Birmingham Homewood

Off to itself, pretty private. Not a high traffic area of Birmingham so not chaotic and high energy area. Very clean lobby and room.

The doors were really weird. You can tell the hotel has been redone recently, which is fine. But my room door, and a few on my floor, seemed to be just a touch too big for the frame. So you have to yank the door open or push open the door with force. It’s a bit loud when you do it. But that’s literally it. Hotel was amazing through and through!!

The breakfast was nice and worth the money. The staff kept the area clean and well stocked..

The elevator was slow and you had to wait. We took the stairs mostly because we were on the 4th floor. We used the valet parking and it was okay.

The stay was fine…my only issue was payment. My company sent prior authorization for payment but the guest service agent still charged my personal card. It has been a whole month since my stay and it still isn’t sorted.

hotel personnel were polite and accommodating, especially Charlie.

Colleagues were given a room with a door broken and cobbled back together at the lockset. This room should not have been rented to two single females at such a property.

The property looked even better than pictures. It was clean and the bed we so comfortable! They had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower and lotion that was exclusive to the hotel. It was great!

The staff could have been friendlier. The lady that checked us in was outside talking to a friend for five minutes before she decided to come in and help us. The morning staff were very sweet though.

Excellent customer service from Ms. LOIUSE SO CARING AND LOVING AND LETTING ME KNOW IF I NEEDED SOMETHING TO PLEASE LET THEN KNOW AND GOING EXTRA MILES HELPING ME WITH MY RESERVATION THOUGH 3RD PARTY THAT I DIDN'T RECEIVED THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER AND SHE LOOK IT UP AND GAVE ME THEIR NUMBER AND AS I WAS CHECHING OUT SHE ASKED IF I ENJOYED MY STAYED AND SAID COME BACK AND SEE US .AND ALSO EXPLAINED TO ME TBE BONYOY PROGRAM AND REGISTER ME . SHE IS AMAZING VERY SWEET AND MAKE YOU FEEL VERY WELCOMING. ONE OF THOSE LIKE AMERICANS SAID SHE IS A KEEPER AND WISHING HER A SUCCESSFUL CARREER AND PROMOTING HER TO A NEXT LEVEL .

Well I will said this morning one of the lady that was cleaning the rooms was very loud and seemed upset when I approached her and asked her for some regular coffee she said we dont have anymore .And then after I could here all the bangining she was loud

Overall good hotel, it's your standard 4 points. A bit outside the center but with a car it's not a big deal

No free breakfast when "lesser" hotels in other areas give you something for free. Our AC didn't work but they sent someone to fix it relatively quickly.

I loved this property but I would recommend paying close attention to card activity. my card was charged twice while staying here although I was refunded it was a terrible mistake that left me stranded being as though I was visiting from out of town.

The hotel entrance was very inviting ..staff super pleasant.. room and bathroom very clean

Personally I didn't like the hotel pillows because they were small.

i love that when i choose to stay several nights in a row, they don’t bother me!! that’s why i choose to stay here so long. i don’t mind paying extra for folks that don’t mind giving you great customer service && don’t wake you up early asking about overstay, room service etc.
