That it was just off the highway.

That there was no parking for people pulling trailers. And no coffee pot or frig in the room.

I requested the room not have room freshener because I have breathing problems and I also needed a ground floor room. I was emailed and called ahead of time to make I would be comfortable in the room. The room also was recently renovated. It had laminate flooring, a comfortable bed and a large refrigerator.

The towels are a bit thin but for a short stay I did not find this a problem. The parking spot we were in made it almost impossible to not track wood chips and dirt into the room. A mat at the door might be helpful or maybe this isn’t a problem on a dry day.

Bed and pillows need improvement but for one night it was great.

Room was very clean and the stuff was very nice.

Beds could be more comfortable.

The heating was working well, comfy bed, clean sheets, the bath tub and shower were really good. Staff was good and helped us to solve all problems

Speaking of problems, in 2 of the 3 rooms our group stayed the key card simply didn't work, it was late into the night and cold. Luckily a room key worked and we used it to keep the women warm until we solved the problem with the other doors. It seems the key card worked, because it flashed green, but there was probably a problem in the inner mechanism that opened the door.

Angela, at the front desk, was amazing and very friendly. Housekeeping was always available and very friendly.

Management seemed to have a bad attitude when it comes to guests that need to stay longer than 2 or 3 days and stated several times "This ain't an extended stay.", considering I paid my rent daily, and kept my room clean, stayed to myself, and didn't ask for much I found this to be very rude and an extremely unpleasant way to treat a paying guest. Very unprofessional.

The staff was super friendly. Anything you needed they made sure to accommodate.

The room I was in you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while! Cob webs everywhere..everything was dusty and the ceiling had water all over it like it was leaking. Not really sure what that was. The blankets on the bed had dirt stains and burn holes all in them. The chair in the room was filthy. Also almost every morning when I woke up it was a different type of bug in the bathroom. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I mean the staff is amazing but the rooms oh no no no.

Due to unforseen circumstances, I have been staying here a few weeks. Angela @ Fd is amazing!! She is friendly, professional, and always busy. Kim @ hskp She is also amazing at what she does. Friendly, professional and I never see her not busy! They both deserve a raise!! 😊

I like it was right off the freeway. I like the cleanliness.

I had to wash some of my son's and teammates clothes. I wash them in the shower. I used the dryer. $4.50 to was and $4.50. I thought that was a little expensive.
