The front desk staff, and their boss was EXCELLENT. PROFESSIONAL!!! Housekeeping staff EXCELLENT!!! BREAKFAST STAFF EXCELLENT!!!! If you had Staff, Housekeeping, BREAKFAST Staff like this in all your Drury Inn, you guys would be number 1 IN AMERICA 🇺🇸 😉

Customer service was phenomenal. A conversation with the general manager was needed. And by the next encounter there was a different experience. Happy hour is always a great thing and it’s held every night.

I left a key for my guest with the name included. There was an overnight desk help that refused to give the key and did not take the time to complete the hotel’s procedure to ask for identification to be shown. I had to speak with the manager regarding that issue and it was purely an inconvenience when preventative measures were set in place. Friday night pricing is a tad unreasonable especially when Saturday night pricing is not even half of the Friday amount.

The front desk staff were very kind. The room was outstanding and the bed was very comfortable. We are moving across the country and this was the best rest I had.

I don't know if this has to do with location, but when we arrived there were two girls near the entrance who may have been drunk, because one of them fell on the floor and was very loud about it.

Well lit property. Clean lobby. Friendly and informative staff. Spacious room. Housekeeping is definitely doing their job well. Missed breakfast because I was sleeping to good to get up. Very comfortable beds. I will definitely come back.

Nothing related to the property itself, but their was a guest who could not maintain control of their dog. I love dogs, but I’m not fond of untamed ones.

One of the best properties we have ever stayed in along the I-65 corridor on our way to Gulf Shores. It was exceptionally clean, well furnished, comfortable and very restful. The staff was above and beyond on courtesy and caring. also light buffet and delicious breakfast included were delicious.

We came to Birmingham for a college tour and initially had reservations at one of the preferred hotels listed on the college's website only to find that it was not at all what was portrayed! We left there and made a last minute reservation at Drury Inn as it was one of the few that was within very close proximity to Samford and had vacancy. What a pleasant surprise to find clean and well-kept accommodations and a welcoming staff! We will definitely stay at The Drury on our next trip to Birmingham.

It needs a bit of updating.

For the price, I really enjoyed the fact they had breakfast and dinner available every day. The food was VERY good, they had a great variety, especially for breakfast. I was here for surgery and the room met all of my needs. The bed was super comfortable and the shower came with a shower chair and extra shower hose. Will def book here again

Loved the space we had in the 2 queen suite. The best breakfast I've had at a hotel in yrs and the 5:30 food was also good. I liked that there was a hot tub. This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn and Suites and I had a great experience Loved the staff, they were all nice. I will definitely stay at Drury Inn and Suites again.

Had to stop for a night on the way from Louisiana to Virginia. This hotel was close to the highway for ease of continuing the drive in the morning. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room design seemed nicer than other same level hotel chains. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options, hot foods and soda machine.

Nothing! I had a pleasant experience, comfortable sleep and nice breakfast before going back on the road.

We were blown away with breakfast and kickback. The cleaning people, counter people and the dining people were amazing and friendly.
