Days Inn by Wyndham Birmingham/West

I have almost lived at this property (almost7 months before)... so I'd say that I liked it... it is convenient to work and more.

I know that ppl bring in roaches... but the property need to control that with extermination... They also need to lift the mattresses and exterminate underneath... I also don't like that they don't offer weekly rates (since ppl stay there more than 1 week at a time).

The suite was huge! The shower was great with perfect water pressure. The room was clean. And it was nice and dark in the room which was perfect.

The building was very dated. Definitely needed new carpet in the stairway and outside the rooms. The hall, stairway, and room smelled very musty as if it hadn't been used in a very long time. When we arrived the air was off in the room so it was boiling hot. We had to turn on the ac and leave until the room cooled down. Also the pool was not open which was very disappointing.

I like the fact that they still accommodated after my booking was canceled due to my card not having money. Everything was smooth everyone was nice and it was reasonable considering it was classic weekend

The room was comfortable and everything was stocked very well. The bed was comfortable and the staff was accommodating. It was a pleasant stay. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you for your hospitality!

My room didn't have a microwave, so that was unfortunate. Otherwise, I would have given it higher ratings. Maybe there were some guests who had me raising eyebrows. In fact, I parked my car initially where there was much chaos, but then I parked it somewhere else where I could see my car from my hotel window.

Prices were average. Has a pool, room next to ice machine, ice machine was quit, daily fresh towels,

No decaffeinated in room or lobby, no continental breakfast, come back to room at 1 am both our keys to room didn’t work, made an excuse we demagnified the 2 keys, well cellphones don’t deactivate keys. I had to use the bathroom, my husband had to lobby at get new keys. I didn’t make it inside in time, complained to front desk…

Good for a quick stop and night’s sleep. Didn’t get the chance to use the outdoor pool, but it looked nice. By 8am they were out if coffee and the continental breakfast was just ok.

I don’t like outside entrances. Seemed maybe it was also used as an extended stay…some people were partying outside of their rooms but it wasn’t too loud. Breakfast was 3/10.

EASY CHECK IN, ROOMS VERY CLEAN, EASY ON AND OFF INTERSTATE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE TRAVELING THROUGH BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA.

Room was a good size clean , bathroom a little on the small side but overall a good location.

i used the gps an the way it told you to go could have been avoided. the location was right by the highway but to get there was behind a gas station very rough road.

could have used extra towels due to rain water wetting floor during storm! I was on the ground level across from pool

Easy to get to off the interstate and easy to get back on the interstate to continue my travels. Staff at counter were very nice.

I was in a non-smoking room, but there were small burn marks on the sheets. The sheets were clean and I just used the opposite side of the bed, so no harm done.
