Comfort Inn & Suites at CrossPlex Village

The hotel seemed to be new or newly renovated. Breakfast was exceptional with fluffy scrambled eggs and waffles, as well as the usual cold foods. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The location was near the interstate and close to downtown.

The AC was on a program that we couldn't figure out. It was set at 72 in the daytime and 62 at night. Too cold for us. If we had been staying for more than one night, we would have asked how to control it.

The hotel was much better than expected for the price. The staff was surprisingly very nice and welcoming. The breakfast had plenty of options, the bed was super cozy!

I was in town visiting a museum downtown and this hotel came up as a close location. It’s not in a desirable location and there are homeless people in the area. The hotel property itself, however, is the only nice property in that vicinity. (Right across from the crossplex)

Hotel was very clean and the front desk very helpful and courteous! The breakfast, although limited, was very good and well kept by the attendants! The room was clean and quiet and access to the freeway was convenient!

Only issue I had was that I requested a room cleaning after the 1st night only to return and the room was not cleaned! Had to get clean towels from the front desk but the lady behind the desk was extremely nice and apologetic!

the staff….most courteous and pleasant I have come in contact with in a long time. not what I was expecting. Visiting from CA, I knew they would be nice but Ms Angie was above and beyond that. everyone who worked there was remarkably professional and had that southern charm I grew up with and missed. kudos to all of them.

location. not the best part of town and not much around there but the staff and room made up for it. very nice breakfast too

i have never met a staff as friendly and willing to help as employed with this hotel… they allowed me to check in early and I asked 1 question to which all 3 staff members began conversation to tell me what was going on in the area that could create travel issues, road closures. just basic information that helped greatly. and I encountered maybe 8 different people employees in my stay start to finish. not 1 seemed to busy to give me their full attention that was refreshing and reflects good leadership from the top. i would stay again in an instant

the neighborhood it is located in has a rough look and could look concerning to visitors but the hotel is a stand out nice building… and while it looks like it’s a bad neighborhood I never felt in danger or uncomfortable and I arrived back to the location after midnight after attending a concert across town so definitely don’t judge the hotel on the looks of the neighborhood

The staff is professional and very kind. Fantastic customer service! I especially enjoyed having a clean room! The rooms always smell fresh and the furniture is wiped down/polished.

The sheets are thin. Would definitely help if there was a blanket in a drawer if there isn't a comforter on the bed. Yes, I did check the drawer and closet for a blanket because the room was chilly, especially when the air kicked on.. on 73. I will be bringing my own blanket in the future. Still, this won't keep me from staying there.

Breakfast was well stocked. The woman running things was very friendly and kept everything neat and clean. My daughter knocked one of the serving spoons to the floor and the attendant was very kind about it. THEN I spilled an entire cup of coffee in the dining room. Everyone was so gracious- one gentleman even offered to rinse and dry my sweater for me. I was so impressed by that offer and the level of service my clumsy family received at this hotel.

Rooms were in good condition & clean, staff was super friendly and accommodating. On website there was no indication of fridge & microwave in room, but was pleasantly surprised to find them. Breakfast was decent.

Location is a bit dicey, but once inside hotel it's fine. They did say they'd have a crib for us & when we got there it had been taken. Would think a family-friendly place would have more than 1 crib and when they say we would have it, honor the promise.

The staff was super friendly and the facility was clean. The beds were comfortable and had a wood/metal base so there was no dirty bed skirt or anything like that to worry about. The breakfast was straightforward and offered a little of everything. Just need milk maybe. Booked hotel at the last minute and got a great rate. Just a solid hotel at a good price. Would stay again.

This is the only thing that made me slightly uncomfortable. The area it’s in is just a tad sketchy but security was patrolling the grounds somewhat but I didn’t see a real presence of security outside. Where I had to park was around back and the side of the building, in an area away from the entrance of the motel in an isolated area so there isn’t much else around. If they had more security had more of a presence outside, I would’ve given a 10 in my review. Also, as I said, the rooms are clean but they could be updated just a tad as far as the walls and wall art, maybe put down laminate/hardwood-like floors to just take make it modern all around.

The location of the Comfort Inn was terrific for the sports event we attended. I liked the design and layout of the facility. it was very new, too. The manager was very nice and friendly.

The neighborhood was not as desirable with only a few nice restaurants close by. I was disappointed that our bathroom wasn’t as clean as it should be with splatter marks on the bathroom wall and smears on the shower wall. The shower drain was plugged.
