The bar and bartender were excellent. very comfortable and friendly The breakfast was incredible and the waitress was exceptional. I told her what my time limits were and she made sure I had a wonderful breakfast and was out on time.

They had no shop to speak of. I needed some allergy meds and they had nothing to offer. i was without a car and there was no place within walking distance to buy allergy meds.

I know it's a hotel review, but the food was the most amazing food we had our whole trip! Dinner and breakfast were just perfectly done. Hotel was perfect for us too, we love loved the history and just the whole vibe of the place. I can't recommend or give enough stars for the staff, they were all so welcoming and just NICE, all of them, from the first hello until the last, thank you for coming, they were all so great!

Location! We went to Avondale Brewary for a concert. It was in a perfect location to walk around downtown. We enjoyed the rooftop bar too.

Nobody restocked our coffee for the next day while we were gone all day. There wasn't any complimentarty coffee downstairs. Its not a big deal but it was the worst thing that happend.

Probably the best steak we have ever had. Cooked to PERFECTION. Loved that we never had to leave the hotel to eat. parking was easy, got lucky and got a spot right outside the entrance.

The double beds were small, they weren’t queen size we will just get a king size next time. not much to complain about this stay, 100% coming back.

location was great and the hotel it’s self was so pretty, the beds are so comfy, and the rooms are nice and spacious.

did not like the parking situation if you park in the parking garage it’s 9 dollars but if you park anywhere else you are worried that your car might get towed

I loved everything about this hotel everyone was nice we was there celebrating out 10th anniversary and the rooftop was a vibe and the nice restaurant downstairs ❤❤

I didn't like that you had to ask for Refrigerator and microwave in Room but they brought it right up so that was good

Redmont Hotel met all our expectations. It was immaculately clean in every area. The rooms were very nicely decorated and still had the charm of a historic hotel that was 200 years old but was very modern in every detail. Walk in showers, extremely comfortable beds. Restaurant menu offered wide variety. Reasonably priced. Very courteous staff. Easy check in and check out. Valet parking. Roof top bar. It was conveniently located to local hospitals and medical facilities.

We liked everything and would not change anything about out stay.

From the moment we checked in, LaShawn was so friendly and answered all my questions. She made sure my family got rooms on the same floor. Likewise, Eric was so friendly and helpful as we packed our car. Staff was amazing, a very nice welcome to Birmingham.

Bar and food were excellent, location was great. Staff was great as well.

The room walls needs painting ,the lamps were tore and old. Didn't care for the joining rooms,needs more privacy you could hear everything going on in the next room.

Due to Covid main dining room was closed but hotel provided vouchers for the coffee shop next door.

The ironing board cover needs to be changed for some fabric that will not stain the clothes when ironing. My white polo shirt was ruined with the stain coming from the ironing board cover which is just a cheap piece of plastic, the type that comes with the board from the factory. There was not hair blow dryer in the room.
