Jamaica is amazing. She with great determination went into problem solving mode for us in the middle of the night when we had some sort of water leak through the ceiling of our bathroom. She found a room for us to change into. And did the best she could to accommodate us for what she had to work with exhausting all options. Thank you, Jamaica🙂.

I appreciated the extra Covid safety precautions that they are taking. The free breakfast is also solid. The was a good variety of choices, from biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, eggs, cereal, bagels, etc. Fruits that did not have peels (e.g., bananas, oranges) were Saran wrapped. We ended up in a handicapped accessible room that had a couch. The beds were extra comfy. We stayed here for ADay, which cut off 20 minutes from our 6.5 hour drive. There is a McDonald's and another fast food place nearby.

The elevator was a little small? I'm grasping at straws. It was a really great value, especially when you factor in free parking, Wifi, and breakfast.

We have stayed here several times on the way from Bristol, TN, to Lafayette, La, for the Cajun Music Fest. The hotel is as precisely close to half way as we can get. The bed is reasonably comfortable-by hotel/motel standards. The wifi is fast. The breakfast is excellent.

Close, not quite perfect. First of all the room was ice cold when we entered. It didn't take long to warm up though. Then when I went to use the shower, I couldn't help but notice the handle to grab to climb into the tub was on the long wall rather than on the foot end of the tub. Did the installer really want the person getting into the tub reach across the streaming hot or cold water to reach the handle? Then, I noticed the handle was positioned right where I was standing under the streaming water. I noticed that when I hit my elbow and shoulder on it. I sort of tried to re-position the shower head but did not want to force it. Finally, I turned the water all the way to hot and never felt a need to turn it down. It wasn't cold, just not hot enough to adjust it. Oh, BTW, the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The orange juice tasted like no other orange juice I have ever had. My wife did say the other juices tasted ok, though. The scrambled eggs were light and tasty, but the sausages were dark, and the potatoes were burned-on purpose maybe? There was some biscuits available, probably locally baked, but at room temperature, not warm. Also there was containers of canned fruit, also at room temperature.

The 2 staff members that evening were excellent- very attentive and helpful. The hotel was nice and our room very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Everything was perfect except coffee was a little weak for my taste.

Bed could have been a little more comfortable but maybe because of my wonderful memory form at home I wasn't use to this one but overall good

Liked that pets are allowed. Breakfast was pretty good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Carpet in room was a little sticky.

It was comfortable, easy to check in and the location was very convenient (near the interstate).

It was very comfortable stay. Nothing that we didn't like.

Super clean, friendly staff, very clean and the rate was very reasonable.

If I have any complaints it’s that the road to get to the hotel isn’t easy to see when you exit the highway. That’s a minor gripe though as we saw the sign and knew we were heading the right way.

Everything was fine, clean and easy access to room.

Had to wait to check in, was there 30 mins early. Desk clerk said due to booking would not be checked in until 3:00pm hardly anyone was staying there at this time.
