Sheet of paper on desk has the info below on it which is not correct. Breakfast was only 6am to 9am. Did not include make your own waffles, no variety of muffins (only one kind), no danish, no bagels, no hot cereal, and no decaf coffee. What was there was good but where is everything else? Breakfast A complimentary deluxe breakfast is served daily from 5:30am to 9:30am. Breakfast includes, make your own waffles, hot and cold cereal, a variety of muffins, danish, bagels, breads, yogurt, eggs, meat, coffee, tea, juice and fresh fruit.

It was central to our training center. The room was very nice and clean. They cleaned daily for us (some places won't due to covid). I didn't eat the breakfast but I did go down and check it out I had some dietary restrictions I could have ate something from down there I just couldn't eat any of the bread products and sausage and eggs need a biscuit or toast.

We were on the 2nd floor and the hallway was extremely hot. We were only in the hallway for a few minutes so it wasn't awful but the lobby was warm but the hall of the 2nd floor was rough

SureStay is a great place to stay. We keep coming back because the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, it's conveniently located, and it's reasonably priced. I appreciate how spacious the rooms are seeing as we're a family of four and sometimes bring our dog. We have never had any major issue when staying here and will probably continue to when we come to visit friends.

The rest of the room seemed quite fancy and possibly even new. The person at the counter was very sweet and enjoyable to talk to. The room was very reasonably priced and I was glad that they were pet friendly, despite the $20 additional pwt fee. Though this was much higher than I'm used to for most hotels, it was lower than most I was seeing in the Tuscaloosa area. I ended up having to extend my stay an extra day. Huei gave me a good deal on the room for the following day.

Though the current breakfasts seem rather lackluster with a juice and a granola bar, there is a space on the first floor which is being remodeled for a breakfast area. Next to the bed there were Cheetos on the floor. This was probably just a spot that was missed when cleaning. Huei, the person at the desk in the morning was really nice about this however and gave me a large discount.

Convenient location right off the interstate. Friendly staff from the manager all the way to front desk. Huey the manager was so friendly and made me feel comfortable before we even left for our trip that I made a good hotel decision. Clean room with comfortable beds. There was bottled water waiting when we entered the room and that was a nice touch. Easy ride over to the mall where we parked for the game. Just a great overall value.

The only problem we encountered was not any fault of the hotel. Just someone above our room who stomped around their room for an hour like they thought they were Big Al, the Bama mascot.

The room was very clean, the desk staff was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good and the staff made sure that the food and coffee did not run out.

There really isn't anything that I didn't like about my stay. It was very good and if I need to travel and stay in Tuscaloosa again I will choose this establishment.

The Manager/Owner was very welcoming and friendly. The property was very neat and clean. Our room was very clean and had fresh towels and bed made every day. The room was very spacious as well. They also served breakfast every morning . We also needed a ride to rent a car and they took us to that location. If I was to travel to Tuscaloosa again I would definitely stay there again, also I would recommend to other friends or family to stay there as well. We had a very great experience with Sure Stay Hotel by Best Western.

They had enough parking room for me to park a uhaul. The employees were nice. Free coffee downstairs. They allowed our cat to stay.

Four people were in our room. Three adults and a 12 year old. We had a knock at the door and was told about a noise complaint. I told the employee no one in our room was being loud or moving around, we were watching tv. Right after the employee left kids continued slamming doors and running up and down the hall for close to an hour and nothing was done.

Loved the cleaning staff an Front desk manager. Felt like family.

Pull out mattress was not cleaned had some food left an dried on it. But I cleaned it off an went on about my stay.

Loved Loved the service from the housekeepers & especially the front desk worker Huey! So sweet and Honest & with very little wiggle way with being packed he was able to get us into our room a few hours earlier than we were supposed to. This was a life saver with it raining, a little chilly, coming many hours away & a screaming 2month old. Room was extremely nice and clean.

The shower floor mat seemed a little dirty, but the bathroom itself was clean.
