Comfort Suites Goodyear-West Phoenix

The location is perfect for us to visit our friends who live nearby. We love the King Executive Suite which offers us plenty of room to relax, keep snacks and drinks in the kitchen and the outside balcony is just wonderful.

The breakfast wasn't the best. The eggs were often cold. There were a few options which helped some. In the past, there was a mini Denver omelet which was quite good. That wasn't an option this time which was disappointing. Also, the butter was too cold to spread on the bread.

Clean and a nice variety.. 24 hour coffee a bonus..

I love the balcony to sit and have my coffee, the jacuzzi tub is heaven. The room was down the hallway from the living room so I wasn't disturbed by the loud TV in living room Staff was excellent. Our AC unit was leaking as soon as we got there. The staff were very kind and fixed it first thing in the morning. We arrived late in the evening.

If I had to say something I didn't like it would be the fact the room has no oven or stove. Full size fridge, microwave, big flat screen, couch , recliner, fireplace, but no.stove or oven.

The beds were super comfortable, rooms were clean, it was quiet at night, and breakfast was really good

The staff took FOREVER checking us in, at night I asked for something and she took super long to get to me, our room card kept not working and I had to go back to the front desk 4 times!

We stayed in a presidential suite. The room itself was very nice. Very comfy bed. Very clean room. Good size.

Loud air-conditioning system. No bottled water in a room. No late check out despite staying in the most expensive room. Poor breakfast. No options for people with lactose intolerance etc. We went for a breakfast at 8.10am and options of food were very limited. I asked a staff member if they could bring more yoghurts or bread and was told that it's impossible because they only have what's left.

The staff, especially housekeeping ,was terrific. The room was clean and the location was easy access to I-10 and the 303 The

They accommodated our dog, but the room still has carpet so the smell was pretty strong from previous pets. The pool itself was nice but small. There were no umbrellas for shade and the towels were tiny. We went in the afternoon so it wasn’t too bad.

Clean room, comfortable bed, great water pressure and friendly staff. Was a great stay for our party of 4. We would stay again and probably will next year when we work a Christmas Event in the area. :) Breakfast was great! Lots of options. Location is great for getting to food, shopping, gas and other big name stores. :)

We checked in late, 9:30 pm and we were greeted warmly by two staff members. They were joyful and fun while we checked in after a long drive. The room was large and comfortable. Very clean! Breakfast was great! Plenty of options. My husband was able to make a blueberry waffle! This was a surprise :)

Nothing. We have stayed here before and booked again because everything was great the first time. They didn't disappoint this time either.

The staff is just top notch, notably Jamar and the young lady that was on duty with him when I checked in. They were very knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was quite decent with sandwiches, hot/cold drinks, breakfast bars, dry cereal, fruit, muffins, pastries and more. You can also bag it and take it back to your room. The eating/lounging area was very relaxing. The housekeeping staff was also kind and helpful. There was hand sanitizer throughout the facilities, as well as self laundry services. There are a lot of places to eat that's in walking distance. I would stay at Comfort Suites again.

I could hear heavy footsteps in the room above me. Not too bad, just a little anoying. I'm not use to hearing noises from floors above.
