SpringHill Suites by Marriott Flagstaff

The room was nice. The breakfast was very good, and the hostess kept the coffee and food items well stocked.

The room was very poorly lit. It seemed as though they were worried about the electric usage. Otherwise, what was the reason for such low wattage bulbs. I could not read a book without sitting by the desk, and using the desk lamp. The charge was $8/day for parking??? This was not a hotel in the middle of a downtown that used a public parking ramp. they had their own lot. Their "reasoning" was that they were close to the college. There would be no reason whatsoever that college students would need or want to park there. Also, we had to change room after our first night. The people across the hall left their barking dog in their room while not in attendance.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was well set up for us. The breakfast was awesome with a variety to choose from. The only thing I would mention about the breakfast is that everyday we had either turkey or sausage patties to choose from. It would have been nice to switch it up with either bacon or ham but otherwise it was delicious.

The breakfast hours. It would have been nice to be able to get breakfast a little later than 8:30 am. On our last day there they did push the end time till 9:00 am. I would have liked that for the rest of the time we were there.

Staff was awesome. I was helping my college student recover from surgery and they were very accommodating. Good breakfast, extra space with suite

the glass in the bathroom door and on the suite partition- if someone is sleeping it lets all the light into the sleeping area. looks pretty but very impractical design

I like this hotel very much. It was in a nice area with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. This hotel is close to Northern Arizona University. The room was nice and comfy for the 5 of us that were staying there.

I liked everything about this hotel. It was a nice stay.

I loved the way the layout is in the rooms for the two queen 1 sofa bed. The closet is fairly big and downstairs they had beverages and snacks you can buy at anytime. A big plus was that it was pet friendly

The only thing is they don’t give the pet deposit back even if your pet didn’t make mess and one staff member knocked at my door didn’t even wait for me to get up from the bed to open it and she just opened it herself which someone could be changing

Convenient and close location to NAU Campus. Quite and comfortable, staff was amazing

The microwave needs to be replaced. Has mold between the glass on the doors. Would have been a perfect hotel room if there was another door between sink area and toilet/shower space.

I like that it was pet friendly as I traveled with my puppy.also like how many places there were to sleep in the room with the couch and trundle bed...the microwave and mini fridge came in handy..the location was great plenty of food options walking distance. The breakfast options at hotel were good,especially since I have become used to breakfast options being stopped due to covid. They room was very clean even with pets allowed.i traveled with my family to go hiking in sedona and this hotel was very clean and great staff and a short distance to Sedona with much better pricing,especially with everything the room offers.we had a great stay

Everyone was so friendly including the person who checked us in and she person attending to the breakfast in the morning. The room was spacious with a bonus pull out bed under the couch which was a great option for our family of five.

The two gentlemen that helped us when we got to the hotel and when we left in the morning were very nice and helpful. We ended up staying only for 7 hours in the hotel and once we were there is wasn’t so bad.

We have stayed at his hotel pre COVID and it was incredibly but now there was no sanitizer in the rooms, our bedding was dirty and they couldn’t accommodate our truck and trailer when we called before we got there. The nice man at the front let us park the truck and trailer under the awning of the hotel so that was helpful but when we called they were less than helpful and that is not something that makes us feel safe traveling in this time of COVID and thinking we may have to find another hotel last minute.

Nice and comfortable room for 5 people. Staff was very nice and friendly and let us eat in the dining area food we brought from a nearby restaurant. Good restaurants available within walking distance.
