Budget Inn Flagstaff

I really liked how clean everything was. Along with the mini fridge and microwave. It's a good place to stay for a vacation and the price was unbeatable.

The staff was truly AMAZING here. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Our microwave plate wasn't spinning and they replaced it within 5 minutes. We were able to walk to the grocery store, laundromat, shops, and breweries. The location was great for driving to local hikes as well. Like everyone else has been saying, the location may look a little outdated, but it couldn't be cleaner. The room smelled so fresh and was completely spotless! The property appears to have recently had a fresh coat of paint and the door locks seem like they are brand new. The building is well lit on the outside and feels extremely safe. You can't beat the price, either. We are well traveled and this was truly one of our best motel experiences.

We compared several properties before finally choosing this one. We chose this over others because the price was reasonable and it has the closest proximity to the town centre and the historic route 66. I was thinking that its a small town like Williams and that I could walk from the hotel everywhere. Having seen Flagstaff now, I would perhaps not have gone for the proximity to the center because unlike Williams the route 66 parts were a bit of a disappointment. The town itself is stretched out and the better hotels are a bit out from the centre. Its not the problem of this hotel, its just I made the wrong choice about the location. Having said that the hotel was perfectly fine. Its a typical motel style where you park your car just outside your room. We have seen this in the movies and it was good to experience it. The room was comfortable enough.

This is not the fault of the motel, but that I made the wrong choice about wanting to be close to the town centre and this hotel was reasonably priced for it. However, unless I am wrong, I didn't really see that there was a town centre in Flagstaff. The town was spread out and you need to drive from place to place.

A good, classic motel experience. Slightly outdated interiors but very clean and well-maintained. Friendly staff and a good night's sleep, all for a good price. We would stay here again!

You can see that the furniture and overall motel is a bit outdated - but I wouldn't say that was negative. Our room was very well maintained, clean and smoke-free - so there really isn't anything negative I could report!

Immediately on opening the door I knew this was a well cared for and super clean establishment. The check-in person had been very accommodating about our earlier-than-expected arrival which was very much appreciated. This is an excellent value for the money. I'll be recommending it.

It was hard to find paces on foot to have a decent meal, dinner or breakfast. The Galaxy Diner, although close, was fun but mediocre in the food department.

Read other reviews and decided to give it a try! Couldn't be happier! For an overnight stay it was perfect. Have stayed at other Flagstaff hotels, paid way more for dirty bathrooms, sacked breakfast, of sugar laden muffins and kids juices. This will be our stopping point from now on! And to top it all off, we were greeted with a smile and genuine customer service, something that is sorely lacking at most businesses anymore. Thank you Budget Inn!!!

NOT A THING!!!

Inexpensive, very clean little hotel. If you're looking for a decent place right downtown, don't overlook the Budget Inn. This isn't a place to hang out in, but it is a great spot to adventure from.

A little dark inside. I suppose it could be noisy (it wasn't for us) as it is on a main road. The hotel had very few guests, so it wasn't noisy. That may be different if more folks were staying.

The inn had all we needed for our short stay and a bit more than we expected. Clean, comfortable bed, a shower and a tv. Shampoo, shower gel and coffee came with the room. Nothing to complain about!

Carpet on floors. Older motel. But that keeps the prices reasonable. There is a lot of extra furniture in the room- for our taste. We just sleep there. Dont socialize or hang out. And we had 2 beds. So it made the room very crowded. Didn't like that the bathroom light and fan are all in one.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The property is old but very clean. Parking outside our door! Clean fridge, microwave and coffee machine too!

I would have preferred a little more space in the bathroom. Towels provided are very small
