Hampton Inn & Suites Prescott Valley

There is nothing negative I can say, We got in later then we planned, due to accident closing HWY, made reservations on the way, got to motel the receptionist kindly upgraded our room for a 92yr old elder with a walker, whom likes to eat early if breakfast and coffee is offered, room was easy for her to get around, beds were very comfortable, breakfast was over the top, many choices, best coffee ever, the staff was very pleasant, informative all around great place, will return that's a promise

We didn't get to stay longer! Had to get on the road to appointments.

Very excellent experience, room/breakfast/welcoming check-in w/ an unexpected comp to a larger/nicer room marred by check-out.

Refused to give us a receipt for CC payment. Told emphatically since we used Booking.com-the booking entity would issue the receipt, which, of course, they haven't/won't. As owners of a small business, we use Booking. com continually-and have received check-out receipts at every Hampton Inn ever used. I think Hampton Inn may be attempting to force their Hilton Honors members to use Hilton's website for booking instead of a 3rd party platform.

Room was big, enough room for our family to stay. Were happy about the pool/spa, breakfast availability, easy check in, clean property/rooms.

The sheer curtains that you could see through from the outside, especially on the first level definitely needs to be fixed. We thought we’d be able to close the heavy curtains to block out lights from the parking lot/ car lights as well as get privacy from people seeing inside and that was not the case. We’d HIGHLY recommend full thick curtains, not sheet curtains and half curtains on the first level.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. And it was nice having a indoor spa

The pillows were horrible. Cheap- way too small and soft. Felt like you were sleeping on anything. Also lots of stains on the little bench at the foot of the bed. I noticed the same in our friends room. The rooms also seemed very stuffy and humid like there wasn’t any ventilation.

We loved our king room on the first floor. The room was bigger than normal hotel rooms. The ceilings were high. Our room had two windows, giving plenty of light during the day. The room had a sofa couch and table to work/eat at. The bed was a Serta mattress that my husband said was comfortable. The hotel is a newer built hotel. The breakfast menu included scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, oatmeal, pastries, bagels and fresh fruit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we’ll be staying here next time we’re in town.

Front entrance exterior pavers were being stained, but no biggie. It shows they take care of the property.

clean & spacious. comfortable bed & bedding. Lovely view. quiet & location as requested. fitness center has great equipment. polite staff. highly recommend. definitely convenient kitchenette.

would appreciate if non dairy options were available at breakfast. we’re vegan. we had to buy our own nondairy milk and organic berries.

convenient to use as a base for exploring the area and close to the venue we went to for a concert

we asked for our room to be serviced and everything was good except the housekeeper forgot to replace the “frame “ for the coffee pods so I wasn’t able to make coffee the next morning. not a huge problem but disappointing.

Food was great and the ladies were super friendly.

Front desk had considerable difficulty finding reservations and working with the booking.com system. The 2 front desk women worked very hard to get us checked in. It took about an half hour. There was definitely a problem from booking.coms side.

they included a nice basic breakfast, very clean room, safe area with a lot of retail, coffee, donut, eatery, movie theater all within walking distant to 1 mile.

the bed is a nice but firm, my body acks terribly in the morning, most people are fine with firm, but not me. it would be nice if they had available a bed topper, something to accommodate my situation, extra cost would not bother me.

The location was walking distance to restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the larger TV screen which I don’t always find in hotels.

There wasn’t a true lobby for sitting and socializing. While there were a few chairs lined in a row in front of a fireplace, and the main space was filled with tables and chairs for dinning.
