The room was cute and modern very nice almost like a spa get away

I checked in very early that morning of my stay.. it was 6 am to be exact and instead of the manager telling me that I would need to check out by 11 am if I were to check in at that time or even possibly charging me an early check in fee to get at least the room for the night, he proceeded to check me in and take all my money for the only room I could afford along with a cash deposit of 100$$ but he did all this and kicked me out at 11am and then kept my deposit claiming I smoked cigarettes in the room and then called police to get me off property for trespassing.. I must have cried for hours over how this property treated me.. I don't recommend this place to anyone these people are slum lord's

Casa Blanca Hotel is an inexpensive hotel where you get what you pay for. For an economy hotel it is OUTSTANDING. Clean and comfortable beds, good TV, SAFE environment, and overall a nice place to stay.

Our room was clean and good however there was no extra toilet paper but we were able to make due. I'm sure that if we went to the office they would have given us more. If we were staying more that one night we would have gotten more.

I asked for an upstairs room, which I got, hoping for no upstairs stalker. Little did I know, I got a neighbor stalker. These little boys have nothing better to do than watch and follow around women. Get a life predators. You messed with the wrong WOMEN!! Owner knew why I asked for such room, probably put me next to that hoodie wearing predator on purpose. SHAME ON YOU!!

The property was quiet. The gal that checked us in was very friendly. She tried to locate a first level room, but was unable. Her friendly attitude was a pleasure. We travel often and some people are less than cordial. The room was clean. It is also very close to the expressway on ramp. Yet, you can not hear the traffic. It was a little hard at first to see the entrance because you have to go through the gas station entrance. Being tucked in, also eliminates unwanted traffic.

The parking lot was small. Having enough space only for guests, However, again, eliminates unwanted traffic. Not really a negative, just an observation.

Location, comfort of room and very friendly and accommodating staff. As a single woman traveler, I felt very safe since the parking lot was very brightlt lit throughout the night.

First night it took almost 30 mins to wait for water to get hot but even then it was lukewarm. No problem next morning. Hot water came on right away

This was the least expensive hotel we stayed at on our vacation in CA and it was by far the nicest room of all. Much nicer than the Marriott Residence Inn that we paid more than twice the amount per night. Everything in the room was new and clean. The only negative I can give is that the towels could use an upgrade.

Breakfast is not provided. Coffee is available. Managers are friendly and accommodating. The housekeepers do a great job. I thought it was clean and comfortable. Not a luxury hotel but I didn't pay for a luxury hotel. I was in town for the week to work and needed somewhere safe and comfortable and I was happy with the accommodations. And Easy access to the Freeway!

The hotel needs a little updating, but it looks like they're working on it.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. No complaints! It’s easy to get anywhere in Orange from here.

It’s located along a highway so you hear the sounds of traffic at night. The only access is through the parking lot of a gas station. But once you get used to that it wasn’t bad.

Room is basic and comfortable. Pool was available which is good for families. Shops and restaurants are close by. Easy freeway access.

No window screen on bathroom window. Not a serious issue on second floor. No bugs observed or found. Missing screen reported. Kleenex provided which is good but box was nearly empty on arrival. Extra box provided right away. Entry area is through gas station which is not made clear in any description. Adjacent restaurant is closed and landscape debris clean up is in progress. Extra parking spaces are available because restaurant is closed which is good for larger vehicles if needed. No breakfast is available for now for safety which is fine but not noted in details.
