Extended Stay America Suites - Los Angeles - Arcadia

I encountered a bit of a mix up on rooms. I had requested an ADA room since I was traveling with my dad. When I brought it up to Jackie, which was running the front desk. She was quick to make the adjustments and switch us rooms immediately, she also helped me switch rooms. Everyone at the hotel was nice, friendly and professional. When I would go to get coffee in the morning and snacks were low, Ethan made sure to grab some more to make sure there was always a variety. I will definitely book a room again just to get a good night sleep and enjoy the good coffee.

Since you only get room service after you 8 days of staying there. It would be a good idea to have cleaning supplies especially a mop and a broom. Although I went to the front desk, and I borrowed one. No kitchenware available. So I had to go buy some, only to find out at checkout they had some available upon request.

It was up and loaded and ready to go early in the morning never fell short of anything product wise very well done very much appreciated excellent services for the reception your laundry your extra needs of anything towels blankets pillows etc soap

There wasn't nothing I didn't like everything was perfect on time well put together and there's also enough help at the front desk for services to attend to your needs upon arrival exiting or departure

Proximity to the arboretum was great, as I was attending a wedding there, and a variety of places to eat, great parking, and everything I saw was clean and well kempt

The windows were dirty, and you can see the weather stripping is coming loose and hanging down around window, this made me feel like I was at a cheap motel

Jackie is the best to take care of us. When we landed in United States, she helped a lot.

Drinking Water is not available in premise

This was our second stay ( within a year ) in that exact location. Good parking and we enjoyed the nearby cities ( Arcadia, Monrovia and Pasadena ) since I used to live in Sierra Madre for a few years..

It is better to book a room on the south side ( opposite 210 Freeway ) for obvious reasons..

I loved that the room smelled so good from the moment we arrived to when we left, there’s a kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave and they send you all the utensils/plates/pots and cups upon request! Overall was a nice area to explore and it’s not too far from anything!

To be honest. I really can't complain. The staff including services department have done everything they could to make my stay an enjoyable experience. Have the utmost respect for each of them. They take pride in their jobs and it shows. When I stay in the SGV I will choose extended stay america arcadia. Can't say enough. But I do want to say thank you.

The room was large and contained a full-size refrigerator in a kitchen area. Everything was very clean. There was a comfy armchair as well as a table/desk with two chairs. Large wall-mounted TV.

My only problem was getting the room warm after the air conditioning had made it frigid.

Friendly, helpful staff; Good Wifi, convenient and good location; breakfast (coffee/tea/muffin/oatmeal) available across front desk; free parking.

Minor: room location was by the freeway/road although the thicker glass windows provided some sound barrier.

Location and staff are great.

Door to room made noise when opening and closing. Broken down cars in parking lot. Gap between tub faucet and wall.
