Hyatt Place Fresno

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Good location. Rooms were clean, as all Hyatt place. Included breakfast was the same everyday, but it was good. For breakfast you will have a good choice of food, bagels, toast, philadelphia chees, butter, jam, boiled eggs, bananas, oranges, apples, yogurt, muffins, cereals, in a box you will have scramble eggs with the choice of bacon or sausages, also breakfast potatoes, tea, oatmeal, coffee, orange juice, fruit cup, milk you will not be hungry for sure. There was a free parking. Beds and pillows was comfortable. All the staff in the hotel was very nice. Great hotel for a family vacation.

Great location for our trip to Yosemite, less than 2.5hr. drive from there. Close to a outdoor shopping mall where they have great Asian food. Good breakfast.

The A/C in the room is very laud, feel like a truck running its engineer outside my window downstairs all night long. We have to turn it off for a while to get some peace. Didn't get good rest.

The location was excellent! Right off the freeway and close to restaurants and shopping center. The property was clean and provided a decent breakfast with safe protocols in mind. The food was served individually into plastic containers. The room was clean and comfortable. Great place to stop for a night or two!

We arrived at the property 15 minutes before the check-in time for 3pm. We were told we had to wait 15-20 minutes until the scheduled check-in time and a room was available. This is understandable, so we waiting in the lobby. Fast forward 40 minutes and still no word from the front desk. I went to the desk to check the status of the room. They totally forgot about us waiting and gave us the room keys.

The facility is nicely located and exceptionally clean. Has many EV charging stations and the staff is wonderful! They really go out of the way to make sure you are taken care of.

On this last stay i was put on the second floor room 226 and it seemed it was next to some type of generator. Sounded like a lawnmower running during the late night. Was pretty loud and could be very disturbing to others. I don’t have an issue blocking noise out and sleeping so wasn’t that big of a deal for me. But something others should be aware of. Request a higher floor or opposite side of the building.

Visiting home from out of town with two little ones (one being immune compromised) is stressful enough. The trip was an emergency and very sad. The hotel stay was the highlight. I always bring disinfectant wipes for counters and such and my own blankets and sheets for the babies, but I noticed as I was wiping down how sterile everything felt. After wiping many surfaces. I looked at my wipe and NOTHING! Not even dust. The floors were just as clean. Blankets, pillows, and all bedding smelled freshly washed, so changing them out was not going to factor into this hotel stay. I was able to relax, even if it was for one night. Thank you Hyatt!

Parking was a bit challenging with a huge truck. I recommend parking in the far spaces. The staff was amazing by helping me get my big beats of a truck out of a tight spot. Thank you!!

Location. Modern facility and look. Nice bike and walking trail. Safe surrounding and relatively quiet. Restaurants nearby.

The Kleenex box was empty when I checked in. Also, there was only one regular coffee pack. Breakfast hot meal was disappointing. For a hotel of this caliber and price, please serve your hot meals on nice trays buffet style.

I liked that they had a very well equipped gym. It was clean and they also had an indoor. Pool the breakfast was great and the staff was exceptional will be recommending to family and friends

I didn't like the fact that i was only there for a day and didn't have enough time to enjoy the indoor pool

Breakfast was good. Employees were very helpful and spacious lounge area. The beds were comfortable and liked the gym.

Shower curtains were a patchy design that had areas that had material that let's water out, caused very wet & hazardous bathroom floor.

I must say, this is the nicest hotel in Fresno! Beautiful rooms, actual hot breakfast even during this pandemic, most comfortable beds in town, beautiful bathroom. I can go on and on. The staff are all very polite. Great location. Right next to Riverpark shopping center. Excellent restaurants all around. Sal's mexican food across the street is amazing. I will recommend this place to all my friends.

Absolutely no complaints!!

close and convenient to where I was working in Fresno

I had to change rooms a couple of times due to various issues. I wish the weekday breakfast started at 6am
