The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is undergoing construction, supposed to be Dec 22 till summer 2023. I totally understand that they need to do work and update the place. However, the work hours are 7am-5pm. Promptly at 7am the workers started hammering away. I don’t put it as a negative but as a warning. If you want to sleep in don’t stay here. I’m an early rise and I got a great night’s sleep and a good breakfast but the hammering and sawing at 7am would’ve been a rude awakening.

the customer service. the staff was very accommodating. we had a late check in and the room we initially got was unsatisfactory so we kindly spoke to the lady at reception and she moved us to a suite which was big and clean. so pleased.

the first room we were given looked like it wasn’t cleaned. there were items in the fridge that was from the previous guest. thankfully, reception was apologetic and gave us a much better room. she upgraded us to a suite.

Parking lot was exceptionally well lit; provided breakfast was hot, had flavor and tasted mmmmm mmmmmm good! Cold beverages were cold & hot beverages were hot! "Self serve" food selections were also very good.

Can't think of anything

The property was close to the park our daughter was playing at, which was a big bonus for us. Even though there was construction going on it was quiet and comfortable. The gym could have some weightlifting equipment but overall it was a good gym.

The hall where the elevators were was a bit tight. But not really a big deal to us. Our wagon stroller still fit and was fine.

Easy check in, extra blankets were given, friendly staff clean comfortable rooms with dove soap what I appreciated the most I cannot thank you enough for was the makeup remover wipe in the bathroom because I forgot mine and we stayed from a wedding so I had a ton of makeup to take off was so thankful

Breakfast hours should be extended

Very convenient to major chain shopping and restaurants, across the street from Kaiser Fresno. Rooms are comfortable and include a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. The best part of our stay was the free breakfast which was a full, hot breakfast (biscuits & gravy, sausage, eggs, instant oatmeal, and a really cool pancake-making machine) with cold options (yogurt, cereal). We happened to arrive at breakfast at the same time as 3 high school swim teams, so the dining staff was rather frazzled, but managed to keep the food stocked and hungry hotel guests happy.

The property sits alongside a busy freeway and can be noisy. If you request a quieter room at hotel registration, staff members are very accommodating. We didn't notice any noise on the side of the hotel facing away from the freeway.

refurbished room is a dream! everything brand new and updated-bathroom beautiful, AC, widescreen TV, comfortable beds. Only thing wrong was the freeway outside our window was noisy if you want to open window. would definitely stay there again in future!

Good breakfast, nice and clean area. Room is clean. Ice machine is clean. Hotel is located in a nice area. quiet and clean. I will come back, and highly suggest to other travelers. Staff are friendly.

Can we add hash brown to breakfast?

Staff was wonderful and breakfast facilitator was excellent. Friendly, helpful and ready to serve.

Hotel, and especially our room, 108 needs lots of help. Frain was slow and maintenance fixed it and that was good. We feel there may have been mold in the room as well. The A/C put out a very damp scent and the shower wall is black at the bottom joint. gain,l could have been mold. Door handle in bathroom needs repair or replace. Seems to be a lot of deferred maintenance.
