SpringHill Suites Fresno

I like how I walked into the front desk and they were so respectful and they got me into my room without any hassle. In the room was really nice everything worked, everything was ready for my family and I. When my family and I went swimming there was fresh towels outside for us that was really awesome I am very appreciate that. The breakfast was phenomenal my whole family and myself was blown how much it accommodated all of our needs from my 6-year-old to my 16 year old and us adults. The food would be almost finished and they bring out some more fresh food so it's never gone until it's clean up time which I appreciate. Definitely going back and we told all of our friends and family this is definitely a good place to stay. It's family-friendly which is very hard to find these days. My husband and my boys enjoyed the gym inside the hotel as well.

I don't really have anything that I didn't like the parking was okay it was kind of hard to find parking a few times I think that's the only thing that I would say is better parking lot maybe.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The moveable furniture helped make it fun to buy food from Whole Foods and eat it in the suite while watching a movie. Also nice breakfast in the morning . 5-10 minute drove to a really nice shopping center with lots of nice stores & restaurants. (Including Whole Foods) Also a beautiful Wellness Center nearby with yoga classes, massage and other holistic therapies.

The shape of the suite was odd. The living room area & bedroom area was in an L shape. The bedroom was long and skinny and in front of it was also a narrow rectangular area where the couch was. It seemed kind of weird. Other than that, everything was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was great, I liked that there were so many options available to choose from ! In addition, the hours for the pool and exercise room were also very accommodating. Finally, the room was so spacious, which made me feel very comfortable.

If it is possible, next trip I will request more towels to be available. We ran out quicker than expected, and thankfully we did receive more once we asked, but it would be nice not to have to ask. They were very quick though in getting us what we needed, no matter what it was.

The Springhill Suites Hotel was expensive, but it was comfortable. The beds were not that good. They did hurt our backs, but we have bad backs all the time. The staff was excellent during our stay. The parking was good and the location is excellent for Fresno.

The beds could be a lot more comfortable. My husband and I both woke up with terrible backaches but other than that they were excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Fresno.

We had a nice last-minute stay at Spring Hill Suites. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The completely effective air conditioner in our room created a perfect retreat from the hot summer temps of Fresno. The toiletries were high end and smelled amazing.

One negative of our stay was repeated trouble with the electronic key cards that worked annoyingly intermittently. When I needed help with the key card the front desk staff seemed super annoyed with me.

Great area. Clean area. No homeless or sketchy people around. Beautiful location!!!

What I did not like, the complimentary netflix ,did not work. I got locked out of my room after breakfast. My keys stopped working. After a couple of tries at the front desk with no results. A cleaning lady helped us out and opened our door. Conditioner bottle in the shower was empty.

I really liked that. The property was really clean a very good customer service as well. Also, you are able to call in and get an early check in time. I was able to check in two hours before my check in time also, it is very close to many stores and restaurants around the area.

I liked everything about the facility and the staff, I became very dissappointed when I went downstairs to get some breakfast. It was very poorly done with no effort put into the breakfast. The bananas were green really why would you put out green bananas? The coffee was no more than brown water, and not cream alternative for those of us who can not drink milk products. Lastly all of the food items were more of the snack variety loaded with sugar. I expected more from a facility licensed by Marriott.

The hotel was very clean & the room was quite spacious (definitely worth the extra money) The employees were nice Ample parking spots Pool area was clean & fun Snacks in the lobby was an added bonus

Getting to the hotel was a little complicated ( you have to go through CVS parking lot) The snacks in the lobby were great, but the prices were incredibly high (5$ for a small water bottle was excessive) One of the elevators was down & the other couldn't keep up so getting to & from the lobby took a lot longer (sometimes 15-20 minutes!)

The Suite was comfortable with sitting area with a sofa, desk and chair. bed was comfortable. TV at a point could be turned to bed or sitting area. Great to unwind after a long day's drive before going out to dinner.

nothing other than I was cold in the sheets with heat on 74, not a hotel problem but mine. Thankfully there was an extra blanket (& sheets pillow) in closet. Would be handy for a 3rd or just hanging on sofa.
