Hampton Inn & Suites Fresno

Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Good location.

Pool and hot tub weren't working. Could hear other guests in their room and in the hallway. Bathroom sink drained too slowly (clogged?)

Friendly staff, nice laundry facilities, cold water on arrival, hot showers and clean rooms.

Pool is out of commission until August. It was one of the reasons we booked the hotel (with kids in summer) so that was pretty disappointing.

It was a grab and go breakfast. it was okay.

Very rude customers taking too much time with the very sweet desk clerk Jose.

The staff was excellent! Special kudos to Michaela and Andy for outstanding customer service…anytime we needed something, they were ready to assist wholeheartedly and without delay…very professional and friendly staff all around. **MOST of all I want to take a special moment to say how AMAZING the dining area host/chef person was… her name is Carmen** she prepared and maintained the absolute best (complimentary) hotel food and dining experience we’ve ever had, and she does it with a smile :) and we do travel a lot! You can count on us to come back again to this particular Hampton!

1. Pillows were too thin and soft. 2. Needs towel holders in bathrooms.

Staff was friendly and welcoming and helpful. Hotel room was quiet.

Not as clean as I would expect from a Hampton Suites hotel. Blood on floor in the bathroom, hair in the shower, and stains on the carpet.

Having restaurants and shopping to include freeway close by.

I understand that staff and guests were all going to wear masks and that was not the case. Upon my arrival a tour bus had just arrived and I literally got pushed into a corner by a bunch of adults and young kids while in line to check in. I didn't appreciate that, but was also too busy for me to have said anything at the moment.

Was a close drive to stores and restaurants

Continental breakfast was nice that they offered. It was a small bag of a bagel two days in a row. Maybe a change up of a muffin on the next day woulda been nicer. We went out for breakfast anyway. But we did have the bagel and it was good.

Property seemed to be well kept.

Would like to have had more than 2 hangers in the closet. At least two more hooks in the bathroom for towels. Also, a second luggage rack. Coffee pot checked for use and cleaned. Just suggestions, not complaints.

The breakfast was very good and filling!

The hotel took 2 cards for HOLD payments as the first card did not work there. The charge was debited on the second card. However they have not yet released the HOLD on the first card and this is causing me grave issues in the usage of the card.

That the room included a bottled of cold water.

I did not like that when staying on the weekend(Friday Night) that the included breakfast was a bag lunch that included a bagel (no cream cheese), an apple and a bottle of water. Unlike if we had stayed Monday - Thursday we would have enjoyed a choice of a hot or cold breakfast with juice, milk. Etc.
