Comfort Suites Fresno River Park

The room was very spacious. The only thing we weren’t told was that the couch in the room turned into a bed. So one of us was uncomfortable all night. But everything else was great! Clean restrooms, lots of towels. Breakfast was great! You get to make your own pancakes or waffles!

As stated before, the only unfortunate thing was that we were not told that the couch turned into a bed, so unfortunately one of us did not sleep very well. It wasn’t till the morning that they were looking for their phone between the cushions that we realized it was a bed.

My room and all facilities were exceptionally clean and well kept. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure you felt welcome and address any needs. Very conveniently located off of highway 41, with gas and food readily available. Bed linens and towels were lovely and very comfortable. Fridge and microwave right in room were very convenient.

My mattress was very hard, but that is just a matter of personal preference and you can't make everyone happy when it comes to such things.

Everything was nice about the property from the entrance to the room. The room was organized and felt spacious. The lobby was welcoming and clean. The lady that welcomed me and helped me out when i went earlier in the morning around 9-11am was really nice, helpful and funny. The peacock was cool too, I’ve never seen one, especially up close.

The couch in my room was a bit dirty and had crumbs on it i believe, we didn’t wanna touch or sit on it just in case. The room smelled kinda weird like chemical.

The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept better than I ever have at a hotel. The room was surprisingly quiet for being located off of a frontage road. The staff was friendly and made check in and out a breeze. Pete at the front desk provided top notch customer service. He was very helpful and hand delivered sheets to us for the fold out bed! The breakfast and coffee were delicious as well. This is a GREAT place to stay, especially for families! We will return!

The breakfast was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The TV was great and easy to operate.

The refrigerator was making a loud, banging noise and we had to unplug it because it woke us up multiple times during the night. Our room was located close to the front desk and there were some loud voices we could hear late at night and early in the morning. But that is not the hotel’s fault, just room proximity.

Very well kept up to date . very clean when arriving in our room. Beds were very comfortable as well. and, also I like the fact that our room had Netflix already set up and integrated into the Television. overall, a great stay and would come back again for another stay.

No complaints here at all. everything for my expectations were very much let.

Been coming back multiple times to stay and crash overnight whenever visiting Fresno. and, it’s been a great stay. comfortable beds always , clean bathrooms, and clean rooms upon arrival. and plus can’t forget the built in Netflix into the TV which is money, perfect.

It had pretty solid sound proofing. There was a high school swim team that was staying at the hotel at the same time, and despite a group of teenage boys staying right next door, we barely heard them. Bathroom and room were very cozy too. The fridge was alright but had only a small freezer “cave” for it. Still a really nice place and the staff was very friendly.

We had a room right next to the stairs and a door to the outside, which was convenient for bringing in our bags from the parking lot, but you could hear the door slam occasionally. Still cozy though

AC was fantastic, kept the room cool during the near triple-digit temperature days. Room was clean. Lots of parking. Close to restaurants. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious. Bathroom was nice. Microwave and minifrige. Cable channels. Bed was big and comfortable, definitely firm but I like firm. Didn't wake early enough to try the breakfast sadly.

The wifi was good but there were a couple of brief interruptions while using it. We were using a game console to stream shows and sometimes the wifi would dip out for a second, just long enough to interrupt the show. We didn'tr try any gaming but if you were to try it I imagine those interruptions would be quite impactful. The bed was also pretty squeaky, combined with the headboard it made certain activities rather noisy, All in all, these were negligible problems.

I liked services of front desk. When I lost my car key, looking for it in my car in a parking lot, a man in charge of the front desk came to me, asking if I was looking for the key. He found it and kept it in safety for me.

I wanted to have more options of breakfast meal for vegetarians, such as veggie sausages and soya milk or almond milk.
