Summerfield Inn Fresno Yosemite

Rooms are renewed, wood flooring, great bed.. a wonderful surprise comparing outside that looks like a construction and old hotel. Single floor, you stay in front of your car. This is excellent option for quick stop, it is not a stay/vacation hotel. I’ve checked in almost midnight and checked out early morning, the hotel was an amazing for my goal.

Nothing.

What an amazing motel it was for a number of reasons! It was amazingly clean, had a great continental breakfast in a separate room. It also had an on-site laundry and dryer, for a charge. What I liked most was the supportive and understanding personnel! They waited for our late check-in, they were flexible with giving some extra time for my little one with special needs to finish his breakfast beyond regular hours.

The minor consideration I had regarding only one trash can for the whole unit. In my opinion it would be helpful to add another trash can to the bathroom just in case.

Great place to stay! I love the location and the value is great! Very comfortable bed, and the shower had good water pressure! The room had strong wifi signal and came with coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Plenty of parking available, so I was able to park right outside. Only one level, so no noisy upstairs guests! Breakfast is basic but good and appreciated! There was juices, pastries, apples, bananas and a waffle maker.

The next door neighbor kept slamming their door, which would startle me everytime...but that's on the inconsiderate people next door and not the property. But don't let the door slam if you stay here, because it disturbs others.

Hotel seems to be recently updated so everything is clean, functional. Wifi works, friendly staff, plenty of parking. Location is decent considering Fresno is not the best place in the world. I ve been to other hotels in the town and this one felt safe. Big plus. Overal good stay, no problem coming back.

Very basic breakfast, not enough space for all the guests, only like three tables. But you can always get the breakfast elsewhere in the store or restaurants.

Small Inn in a good location. Very close to 180 which leads you to Kings Canyon and Sequoia Nat Park. You can reach Yosemite from here too but be prepared for at least 2h to reach the Valley. Breakfast room is very small and food is not restocked or at least I did not see them, so if you want breakfast, be there at 7AM. Clean room. Polite staff and very quick check in process.

Room was clean but bathtub was clogged.

M The moment I checked in I could see how clean and well looked after the place was. The Lady manager was so friendly and welcoming and was genuinely interested in me. She offered to open up the pool area if I was interested, which I was and had a relaxing afternoon around the small but adequate pool area. The pool was clean as was the surrounding area including the chairs and loungers. My room followed suit, clean, bright, good quality furnishings and toileteries. Bed was super comfy and high quality sheets on the bed. In the morning there is a small breakfast room with free juice, coffee, cereals, waffles, fruit, yogurt and toast to set you up for the day. I spoke to the manager and told her how much I had enjoyed my stay. She works long hours every day of the week and it shows. EXCELLENT.

The Staff was fantastic!! Patrick was very kind, courteous had a lot of poise and charisma and made sure that my booking and checkin process was smooth and fast from start to finish!! Excellent customer service! The breakfast was great!!! And exceeded my expectations of grabbing a breakfast sandwich, pastry and coffee!! Get this....They had scrambled eggs, fresh breakfast potatoes, fresh bananas, Quaker Oatmeal NOT packets of oatmeal loaded with sugar AND the oatmeal was not mushy!! They offered sausage, bacon and pastries if desired. An assortment of teas,coffee, and juices even fresh boiled eggs!! I am very heavy into fitness and health and was blown away by the breakfast offering and choices!! Comfort Suites should really be an industry standard in terms of how hotels prepare and offer breakfast!! There were also no STUPID 150 or 200 damage and incidental deposits etc which I found refreshing! I am also very picky about bathrooms, there was NO MOLD, no rust stains, no black caulking around the shower and bathtub areas!! I've stayed at "so called" 4 star hotels with those specific issues! The bathroom at this Hotel gets 5 stars from me lol!! In terms of clean bathrooms, the only other Hotel and Resort I've ever rated that high was The Palazzo Hotel and Resort my favorite place to stay in Las Vegas!! If I could give this Hotel 6 stars I would!!

Nothing!! I have stayed at many Hotels in my travels both very high end, moderate and low end. I was very impressed with this specific Comfort Suites property!!

The pool was nice, Even though it had pieces of palm tree in it. We sell thoroughly enjoyed it when it was 105+. I loved the convenience of the key drop through the window to check out. I loved being able to back up to the door of the room, making unloading extremely easy.

The room was not big enough for two beds. I slept nearest to the air conditioner. I froze. Everyone else was hot. The air conditioner did not go low enough. There is no ventilation for the fridge. It was inside of a cupboard that was very hot.

Nice clean room. Close to freeway and yosemite. Offered breakfast that was simple but adequate. Had fridge and microwave in room, bathroom was nice size and water got very hot. So everyone could have a nice shower.

Took a while for room to cool down, but when it did, it was comfortable. Beds were a little hard for us. It's not necessarily a bad thing.
