Great location, wonderfully helpful staff, lots of additional amenities (free use of computers/printers and similar). There's also a nice gazebo for smokers in the yard, so you can freely smoke a cigar without any issues.

There were some complaints in previous reviews about external sounds such as trains and plains. Yes, these sounds are audible and you can occasionally hear them, but what does hotel has to do with that? It has a great location, you can be on a freeway in a matter of minutes, there's a Grand mall in a walking distance - so I don't consider that to be too dramatic.

Hello, I would like to send t he staff an extra thank you. I had surgery the day of our stay and Gill and a female staff member allowed my wife to check us in early. I really appreciate when companies go out of their way to help others. They could have said, no, but helped me instead. I will be staying again just for that. I hope your other properties are this good to customers. Thanks again.

Location everything was in close proximity

I wish the female that was working the front desk would have let me when I was checking in would that I would be charge extra for changing room. I reserve two queen bed and I had asked if i can just change room with just one bed because I was just trying to be considerate just in case a family checks in and needing an extra bed. If I would have known or the female working the front desk would let me know that I would charge extra for switching rooms i would have never and I would be happy with the two beds.

Basically we liked everything, it was great. A nice hotel and a pleasant place to stop for the day.

There was one minor disappointment: the receptionist told us on Friday evening that there was complimentary breakfast from 6-10am the next morning, which turned out to not be true. It mattered a little since we got up at 6 for it -- but it didn't really matter in the bigger scheme of things. The only reason for mentioning it is that it left a little residual disappointment.

My room was very convenient and generally comfortable (see what I didn't like). The breakfast was good, and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The sofa/settee in the room was terrible. Impossible to sit in comfortably and relax because it was too deep. Also, the location of the hotel made getting around somewhat difficult.

Small room but nice patio. There were some cobwebs above mirror in bathroom. Staff was exceptionally friendly & accommodating. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lacking. Boxed bagel, muffin, fruit bar. No cream cheese for bagel in box. I was disappointed with that. They do have internet tv option for nextflix, etc. but I would have liked more cable channels to chose from. I would recommend and great location next to mall.

The place is clean. Breakfast ladies are genuinely nice and make the guests first priority.

One young staff member she was by herself in the reception desk. I was on my way to out to my car. Instead of greeting and acknowledge a patron passing by. She made the eye contact and look away.. turned her whole body around. I felt unwelcome to the place I paid to stay.

The location is perfect, hotel was very clean and staff were excellent. Facilities like gym and pool were in great condition and very clean. Room was on first floor facing our car.

The room was kind of small and the pillows were extremely flat and the bed was really hard and uncomfortable.

I wish the breakfast to be included in the rate and the cleaning of the room is only done once every three nights.

The property was clean and extremely wonderful staff.

The only thing we did not like was the hideaway bed they brought in was extremely dusty and daddy and you can tell had been there for a very long time.
