Hampton Inn Milpitas

The location is great with many restaurants and a supermart just across the road. Room is comfortable. Amanda, the morning shift Front Desk Manager was polite and helpful.

Jacky, the afternoon shift Front Desk Manager was unfortunately disappointing and not helpful at all. I was unable to sign in for wifi connection and asked her to check whether she has keyed in my surname correctly on registration or not. It was later discovered that yes, indeed my surname was wrongly keyed in. Instead of accepting her mistake, she said that was the surname (the wrong one) I used for booking. How can I forget my own surename and also, she checked my passport when I checked in. Amanda, on the other hand, always wear a smile and makes the guests feel that they are welcomed.... but certainly not Jacky!

I was greeted with a young lady who was very helpful I asked about a late check out cause I was attending a funeral she had no problem helping me with my request

Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday was excellent, but breakfast on Sunday was not good. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I liked that we can choose to not have the room cleaned until we leave. When I needed extra supplies for the room, staff was quick to get them for me.

Sunday breakfast. Not stopping noisy guests Saturday night, but that is more difficult in these pandemic times.

Even though my room faced a busy street, it was quiet enough that I didn't need ear plugs to sleep well. I loved that the TV was on a swiveling wall mount so I could watch the news while working.

Plenty of parking, great location, front desk personnel (Amanda) was awesome, friendly and courteous!

WiFi did not work, bedsheet was not completely clean and there was a small some sort of blood stain on one of the pillow.

Complimentary breakfast had a good mix of hot and cold items. Nice daily change in hot items. Good coffee. Great location. Clean and comfortable.

Small pool, but we weren't there long enough to use it.

The breakfast was delicious and very healthy. The location just perfect. Lots of stores and a mall very close by.

Just one thing. I wasn’t aware/reminded that I needed to remind the staff at least one day before that I needed my room clean while we went out.

Loved the room, super clean and a wonderful space in general. The staff were incredibly hospitable and helped me out several times. I didn't have to worry about any necessary amenities like tooth brush and a comb, and the desk in the room was a life saver!

The internet was really slow and super wonky. Almost unusable.

The front desk was friendly and I want to bring out Amanda mainly. She was helpful and courteous.

WiFi log in was little difficult from the room I stayed. RM112.

Centrally located to where I needed to be. Had a comfortable stay and the staff was very helpful.

The remote access key did not work.
