it may be helpful to have some sort of instructions how to operate the AC/Heat. as there are two separate controls, one is on the unit itself (disabled I believe) and another is on the opposite wall which I was not aware until the next day

Good location (nearby shops, restaurants, bus and tram), clean, have washing/drying machines, personnel helped with my problems fast. At first days, I would say, wifi is bad as for Ukraine, but now I see it’s very good as for Silicon Valley. The hotel did their best. It’s just terrible internet everywhere around, and mobile internet is unavailable in half of Silicon Valley territory.

The Graveyard front desk(employee from San Jose) Morning shift was nice too. Love that the tub was deep and stayed hot long enough for bubble bath

Breakfast could have been a breakfast( coffee,muffin, instant oatmeal but no bowls) Room was dusty, tub I had to clean, Burners were on high when I checked in, mattress protector had a nasty stain on it. And nothing in the kitchen (pots,pans,utensils,or coffee maker)

The staffs are so welcoming and helpful in getting you checked in. We booked 2 kings studio but since most kings studio were sold out they upgraded us to Deluxe Kings. The location is so convenient and the rooms are clean with microwave, stoves and fridge. It is convenient for families that are travelling together .There was a police car at the front entrance throughout the day which I think keeps the place safe. We highly recommend this hotel!!

If your staff could round out n ask for what we needed like additional towels after the 3 rd day stay of tooth paste/ toothe brush etc etc. maybe front desk should ask customers if the needed cooking utensils or coffee maker etc

The staff was friendly, plenty of parking, close to where we needed to be, clean lobby, hall ways and very spacious bedroom.

Deluxe king bed was rough on the body. Felt every spring while staying 2 nights.

We got upgraded to Kings Deluxe studio because most of the rooms got sold out when we checked in. Its the best thrifty place for families travelling together. Very convenient and the staffs were very friendly. We booked 2 rooms and both had kitchenettes.

Great location. Room was very quiet and not noisy at all!

Breakfast was already cleaned out pretty much by 8am. Didn’t seem like there was much of a variety anyway!

I like that there's no daily maid service for five days or less. That you can acquire household items to rent, if you want.

There should be a designated area for garbage. The cleaning staff won't take it all away, unless you specify. It's to protect not throwing out needed items, which why an area that's only for garbage would be a good idea.
