Quality Inn Monterey

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It started off well with great service/care from Nick at the front desk. We had the option to upgrade our room and we went for it. We opted for the smaller bed (queen) so that we may be on the second floor and the room was larger than we expected and even had a small balcony. We did not check to see if they offered breakfast when we booked so we were very happy when we found out they did. Breakfast was perfect for us as we just grabbed things on the go before heading out in the morning (boiled eggs, muffins, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, etc.). We are not very high maintenance so this was an awesome stay for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Some things seemed like they could be upgraded/fixed but nothing major. Everything that matters was perfectly fine.

The cost ;the friendly check in Hostess is adorable. Felt like family. Location Room was very clean. Simple breakfast. Few gluten free options. Coffee didn’t taste very good but overall thankful.

Could not get tv to work Noise from ? Water heater kept running on n off during night interrupted sleep Could not get internet to show me local marathon event I would probably use again. Different room

The front desk guy was incredibly friendly. This is the main thing that I remember about this hotel. He gave us a map and suggested where to go for dinner tonight. He also marked the most beautiful places on the map, we were very grateful to him, because it helped to make our trip better. We also had no complaints about the room, everything worked properly and the room was warm. Thanks to the hotel for providing not only coffee, but also tea in the rooms. This made us very happy. Free breakfast was included in the price. I can't say it was great, but we were able to find something to eat. We saved time. Free parking under the windows of the room was an advantage. We felt that we and our car were safe at night.

The room was clean and breakfast was good for continental style ideal for us , as stayed one night and on the Rd once more 😎

The beds were comfortable enough, the breakfast was good enough. The close beach del Monte Beach a 5-minute drive away, a great beach for walking. One hotel room with two separate rooms was great!

The swimming pool needs better cleaning. I was hoping for waffles at the breakfast but we got frozen burritos which were enough.

I loved how clean everything was. The staff met all our needs ex. Pre putting a crib in our room!

I didn’t like how there was so AC. The TV was really hard to use and I’m tech savvy lol

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was good value for money and very spacious. It only takes a few minutes to get to the wharf and city center

There was no air conditioning in the room and the pool didn’t have sunbeds, only chairs and tables

The main office is very nice and the receptionist was very kind and helpful. the cleaning staff was also very nice and made sure our room was clean everyday we were there. The breakfast they served was okay but way better than other hotels we have stayed at during this pandemic.

The beds could be better, they were stiff. The floor also creaked a lot and felt like it was lifting. and parking was limited, after 10pm if you're going out and come back after that you most likely won't find parking.

Great location near Monterey and the beach. Comfortable family rooms, quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will consider coming back and staying here.

Perfectly friendly staff, they took care of crib that I requested in timely manner :) The room was big, and while advertised as one bedroom with two queen beds, it was actually nicely divided into two parts!

Breakfast was neither the worst not the best I've had in similar hotels/motels. It definitely could do better, but at least there was something to choose from.
