We love the quick check in we love the staff we love the room We stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi which was very nice for us the bed was very comfortable the rooms were very clean Housekeeping was very sweet very clean as well location was great Near all the local spots. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel we will stay there time and time again if ever we are in the area visiting Monterey thank you so so much for the great stay we truly appreciate it. The furnishings. A suggestion... maybe turn Room 3 into a 1 bedroom suite for residential lodging for a week. A table in the small room with big bed would have been nice for basics. The main room could have a Murphy or Sofa Bed you tuck in during the day for day or office use. My 2 cents. Thank you!

The bed mattresses hurt our backs. Also, the airplanes noise, but this hotel is near the Monterey-Salinas Regional Airport. And, it stopped after 7 or 8pm. Not a big issue until maybe 6am or so.

The proximity to Monterey is great. The cleanliness was beyond my expectation. The staff is kind and attentive. It was quiet and I felt secure.

The price was a bit high because it was a weekend but it was the cheapest hotel around and after staying there I was happy with the purchase because of the great service. Pricey on the weekends but worth it.

I liked how polite and helpful the staff was to us and how they never went into the room and we were able to just take care of the room ourselves. The bed and sheets were super comfortable and the shower was beautiful.

The carpet looks really old and weird and the entire style of the room is kind of grandma style. The floor didn't feel that clean but it didn't look filthy. The bathroom has poor air circulation so the steam from the shower would make the floor super wet.

This quite quaint place was a perfect getaway, across from Denny’s, along a strip of small businesses, an adult store, gas station/ mini mart! The room was a really nice size, mini fridge and micro- there was a sitting area, the room was a really good size, flat screen TV & a comfy bed. The place was booked out by the time we checked in that night, but had emptied out more on the second night. We traveled to fishermen’s warf- enjoyed some clam chowder than relaxed a little at the beach if not back in our room.

Th walls were a little thin. The bathroom & bedroom windows didn’t have extra locks for piece of mind.

The spa in the room is the best! The staff us so helpful and friendly. We have stayed here so many times and always leave pleased.

The room could use a small table..brighter lights.

I LOOK FOR CHEAPEST AND BEST VALUE when I have appointments. This was the cheapest, far end of ocean access. Safeway and good fast food nearby. Nice compact room, very modest 1950's type motel. Good a/c, good heat, good Comcast TV, cold refrigerator, functional bathroom. Nice mattress and sheets, Microwave in motel office. Forgettable pillows-I bring my own. Nice real-wood room suite with Bird's eye maple veneer. Polite manager opened room for me, offered discount if I re-book.

BETTER PILLOWS, NEWER LARGER TOWELS.

The room was a good surprise : nicely decorated for a motel, with TV and easily accessible ports. It was also clean. The manager was really nice. For me it was a very good quality /price if you want to visit Monterry and Carmel

Just a little more brighter in room but all was nice!

The room was excellent! Simple, but it had everything we needed and was well-kept.

Right next to an adult theater, which was not ideal. Didn’t feel unsafe, however.
