Inn at Palm Springs

I wish I could rate this lovely inn with 11/10; this summarizes my 5-day experience with it! The best location if you want to be closer to Aerial Tramway and downtown strip. This inn offers the BEST VALUE for your money: Owners Sam and Paul are on site to greet you. Allea gave us a full tour of the facility when we arrived. Chelsea made sure everything we needed was there for us. I so appreciate the 24/7 drinking water and coffee option. It's dog friendly, and the room was ample for our 70- lb dog crate. And, they even give us FREE basic breakfast (or $6 off) to Rick's restaurant, which is about a 3-minute driving! The beds are full-size and comfortable. I'm so happy and grateful for the stay, and I wish you a beautiful experience there too:)

The bath is little outdated, but it functions beautifully. Hey, look at your overall value!!!

Nice and warm place to stay. Owners are very welcoming people. Rooms are well equipped and very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet so we slept very well. There’s no Breakfast on the spot, but they’re giving coupons to Ricks restaurant which is half a mile away, we walked there every morning and had satisfaction of food and service every time :) Yard is very cozy, you can chill near the pool during the day or by the fireplace in the evening. oh, and they have bikes you can borrow (free of charge) highly recommend this place!

Cute 1960's ambiance, great coffee machines! Breakfast vouchers were easily honored at the nearby restaurant. The location is very central to the main streets of Palm Springs. Parking was included.

The toilet was low for older knees.

the property is one of those charming older small motels built in the 1959s. The large Bedrooms look completely refurbished with new floors, new showers, TV, microwave, fridge. Very comfortable beds with squeaky white clean sheets and duvets. The lounge has a large coffee machine for a huge selection of coffees, an ice maker and water dispenser. There are bicycles for use and a tiny gym. The pool is small but has plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast is included at Rick’s Cafe - a five minute walk from the property. Downtown is a straightforward 10 minute drive.

We liked everything about the place. the patio area still needs a few improvements, but the owners are working on that bit by bit.

First of all, the staff was probably the best part of this whole trip. They were all so kind and so attentive to all of our needs. They have a number you can text whenever you need something and everyone was so kind with smiles. The girl who checked us in gave us a tour of all the hotel amenities. Like they have bikes you can use for free to ride around the city, a coffee machine (makes lattes, iced coffee, even hot chocolate! :) ), and an amazing pool. After the tour, we headed to our rooms which had such a palm springs vibe and felt home-y. We settled in for the night for a wonderful nights rest in a comfortable bed. The breakfast the next day was available at Ricks (.5 miles away. We used the bikes there and back) which was an AMAZING breakfast. You get either the Rick's special (2 eggs, toast and hash browns) or oatmeal with toast (i cant remember the other add ons) or you can use it as a $6 off coupon. Overall, such a great place to stay for our Harry Styles concert trip! :) <3

Shower was a little awkward with getting the bathroom floor wet (used 2 towels to stop water) but it was fixable and easy to work around for us. think we just had the shower head pointed in a weird way since its in the middle of the shower.

The staff is THE BEST. So friendly and welcoming, and even helped me celebrate my friends birthday! Very attentive. The beds were comfy and the hotel is quiet for light sleepers. Pool was amazing. We also appreciate when rooms have a microwave and a fridge. I had to “work from home” during the day and can say that the desk and wifi were great! Included breakfast at Ricks nearby; it was delicious! Can choose from a small breakfast plate, an oatmeal+fruit, or use the voucher as a $7 credit towards whatever you want.

The shower has great pressure but it’s almost too much pressure. It was practically blasting our skin off lol.

We were provided a breakfast voucher for a nearby restaurant (within a minute's drive) and several options were offered and were delicious, plus the voucher could be used until 2 pm. The food at Rick's Restaurant was very tasty as promised and our dog was welcome there. Plus, the hotel offered extensive coffee/tea options at a lounge location near the pool. I love that this hotel was dog friendly, they didn't charge a fortune in extra charges for the privilege of the dog's stay and the owners offered tips on where to go with our dog while visiting Palm Springs.

This is an older facility so some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard, but wasn't really an issue for us.

Great communication before arrival. We received an extremely warm welcome, all the information and help we needed, and details of where to get breakfast. No breakfast on-site, but a great discount with a wonderful local diner, which we enjoyed very much. There was free coffee at the Inn, and good restaurants very nearby. Rooms were retro motel style and well decorated. Individually controllable heating which was good as weather was cold! Room was quiet. We very much enjoyed the pool. I just asked my 9-year-old for his review, and he said it was "amazing".

My husband and I stayed here while we were in town for a wedding. The staff were extremely nice and attentive. The owner, Paul was one of the kindest people we met. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet. We appreciated the variety of coffee and hot chocolate provided. We had breakfast vouchers for the restaurant down the street and we enjoyed walking there every morning for breakfast. The pool was great and I appreciated the quieter music ambience during the day. There were several areas to lounge in and read a book or take a sun nap. Although we didn't use them this time, there was small gym and bikes to ride around town. It's very conveniently located just a 5 minute drive from the main downtown strip We loved our time here and we will be back!

It felt like being in your own private oasis. Our dog had as much fun as we did! The rooms were spacious, cozy, and clean and the staff was SO friendly.
