Fleur Noire Hotel

This property is amazing! It's immaculate and so well decorated, even to the smallest detail. The pool was amazing and the games and ground surrounding was so nice to chill in. The reception was again lovely and the kitchen area with free snacks, drinks and breakfast was the nicest touch. Toiletries and equipment in the rooms were amazing and it had everything we needed. Air on worked a dream too. It was close to a coffee shop, a lovely sushi restaurant and other amenities. The bikes were free to use and we used them to cycle into town which was 10 minutes.

Nothing it was amazing. Only thing is as UK travellers the texting part of the booking was difficult. Would like an option via email

The bungalow was perfect, great space to relax. The fire pit and pool were just steps away with comfy lounge chairs. The pool was kept warm, so even on the cloudy days we could still enjoy a dip. The snacks and drinks always available in the pantry were an unexpected bonus as was the beer and wine bar. Secure parking also great. Key codes to get into everything was easy. Staff were so nice and welcoming. Impressive attention to detail.

The first weekend night was a little loud since the space backs up to a popular restaurant. Sometimes the background music played in the common space was a little loud, but it grew on me, gave the place a French cafe vibe.

this property is by far one of the best we have stayed in. From the friendliness to the cleanliness to the location to the comfort, it’s outstanding. on arrival we were extremely warm welcomed by Bri, who continued to be so helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her. she made us feel very welcome during our three night stay. our accommodation was very big, comfortable and nicely decorated. Fleur Noir has a wonderful pool and pool area with fire pits for the evenings. it looks so beautiful at nighttime all lit up. there is also the added bonus of a complimentary snack room with coffee, pastries, snacks, and drinks, water and juice in the fridge. There is also a bar area if you wish to purchase alcohol drinks. would highly recommend this beautiful hotel

Absolutely amazing stay in Palm Springs! This hotel was so cute, cozy, and with the gated parking lot and getting into the hotel, we felt super safe! The decor is DIVINE and it made it so cozy. We loved taking some drinks to the couches by the pool and just hanging out. We also loved that we had our own little lounge chairs in front of our rooms with an umbrella and a cute little outdoor lounger to snuggle up and read a book. They were super accommodating to having two dogs with us and were quick to respond to texts with help. I had an interview while I was there over Zoom and when they had texted to stop in the room and I told them this, they even wished me good luck! We would come back here in a heartbeat and plan to if/when we come back to Palm Springs.

just about everything—seriously. genuinely welcoming and helpful staff. great, spacious and spotless room. awesome chill courtyard with super heated pool and flowing rose / wine bar. never felt crowded even though hotel was sold out while we stayed. just awesome

1 medium issue was the noise in our room from outside hotel property. we were in the side courtyard away from pool and loved it but area four def, def, def use some water features/ fountains facing walls to adjoining property. we will 1000% return within the year!

My wife and I loved our stay here - lovely room, great grounds, pool and fire pits. just what we were looking for - somewhere quiet and relaxed. Staff were super friendly and helpful - all the amenities we needed. Just out of easy walking range to downtown - but still very close.

Our room (16 i think) was right next to the cleaning supply store room, so every morning at 7am on the dot, the staff was in there banging and clattering - they did their best to be quiet but it was earlier than we wanted to be woken :(

We had a wonderful stay at The Fleure Noire Hotel! We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities! I loved the guest pantry. The location was fantastic, just 8-15 minutes away from all the places we visited. We also had dinner next door at Sandfish which was truly outstanding, and very convenient after a long day of driving. I would absolutely stay here again, it is a much better experience than staying at a vacation rental!!

Everything was great, and exceeded expectations!

Stayed there 3 nights with my very opinionated mother and she loved it! So did I! There is no reason to look for any other place to stay in Palm Springs--I will definitely be back! The only reason I did not give it a 10 was because of the internet--very spotty, not reliable as I was working remotely while there and had connectivity issues which required me to use my cellular hot spot for a guaranteed stable connection.

Fun reinvention of an old resort. Cleverly done, very friendly staff…I was there early in the week, off-weekend…facilities might have felt crowded otherwise….very nice outdoor spaces, lounge chairs etc. Was possible to walk to some restaurants in old PS, they had a snack room with juice, coffee (snacks obviously) very simple continental b-fast. they also had bikes to use.

Only real surprise was no guests, which I signed to accept when I checked in, didn’t know beforehand. The staff allowed me to have one other person as I was traveling alone. Let me be clear, totally get that you wouldn’t want extra guests using the pool and outdoor facilities It would turn into a zoo. In my case I got the one-bedroom suite cause I wanted to have two friends come over for a pre-dinner drink in my room. I did not push my luck asking for that. The continental breakfast was minimal.

Our stay here was highly enjoyable, comfortable, and relaxing. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, the hotel accommodations were amazing and our rooms impeccable, and the atmosphere at the hotel made our vacation to Palm Springs incredible! The hotel experience is next level, this is not your regular building with rooms. The hotel was beautifully decorated, creating that welcoming and peaceful environment you seek for when vacationing. You get your own suite decorated really beautifully and comfortable. The fireplace areas, the lounge chairs, and the pool were all perfect for relaxing to the max. We loved it! Incredible experience.
