The Atwood Hotel San Diego - SeaWorld/Zoo

The room was large, with a sofa in addition to the bed. I would have also enjoyed an "easy chair," but all in all, the room was the right size for me. It was kept clean by the staff. Thank you for a ground floor room, since I have difficulty with stairs. The pool spa area was wonderful.

It was fine for me, but I had to ask for additional coffee packets, since it was serviced every other day. I miss continental buffet breakfast from previous years. I received terrible service from the CRUST restaurant. "We're not open," or "sit there, no wait, sit over there," and generally so rude I left without eating there.

Loved the location and how clean it was inside.

The tv size and also that isn’t a smart tv to mirror off of the phone. And the towels were very very scarce, even after asking for another towel only a Minjee pool towel was given

The venue is located in just the right spot for what my needs were. I hope to visit again whenever the need arises. I had good experiences with: David (maintenance), Pierre (front desk) and other exemplary employees on your staff. Kudos and thanks for the worthwhile experience at the Atwood.

😔Just a little too "privacy" after my stay of almost a week.Yet, I suppose the safety of the property made it worthwhile at 70 years of age and disabled. Albeit, maybe next time I could receive a small discount for the room and my length of stay as a courtesy. Thank you and may God abundantly bless you and yours.

It was easy to check into the hotel and got my key fairly quickly. The room was lovely, it is what I expected of it, it was spacious and quiet. I was able to sleep comfortably and everything I needed was already provided for.

The only issue I had was that while some of the towels were clean, some were already dirty. It was a slight issue for me so I did not use those because I bring my own towels either way. Though I am sure the hotel staff would fix that minor issue if asked.

Honestly, this hotel was much more better then I expected!!! Really really good!! Room was so big and very very clean!! Stuff was friendly and helpful!! Thank you so much!! I loved it!! Especially I didn’t expected such a small price for one night and such a great experience for this little price!

Well, I had only one problem, is the card key for room.. maybe they have to change locks or something, not sure.. I had trouble to get into my room cuz card key didn’t worked well (And yes I asked for change keys, did it twice, still had same problem) But it’s just a small thing. Something that disappointed me was DEPOSIT for the room .. I think it’s first time ever I had to pay deposit in the hotel for stay 1 night I don’t feel like it’s a right thing.. i would probably be more happy if they send me extra invoice with charges for damages and some proof of damages I made

They played good music at the pool and provided floats. They were always making sure we were 100% satisfied. Even convenient texting. There is a nice fully stocked convenience store in the parking lot. Also would love to know what scent they had in the lobby. It was heavenly! Also the decor is so relaxing and consistent throughout!

The joint room was fine the first night but the people who stayed there the 2 nd came in late and were super loud. Not good noise control. Might not be the hotels fault though.

I like that the hotel is close to all the attractions and beaches we planned to visit during our stay, which is super important with sleepy kids after a long day. We did lots of shopping, amusement parks and beaches during our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were also nice for the day we stayed in.

I wish the mini refrigerator was just a tad bit bigger to be able to fit drinks and fresh snacks my kids like as well as leftovers from ordering in.

Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Both at check in and I had early morning check out and they both were positive. The layout of the hotel was nice too with parking and rooms.

This is just nit-picking as the stay was a good one and great for the purpose of the stay. The bed was a bit firmer than I like and it made noise everytime a move was made.

The hotel room was spacious and comfortable for three of us to stay for four nights. There was a fridge, a coffee maker, and a microwave in the room. The location was great! I was able to park my car right in front of our room that made it convenient and easy to take baggage in and out of the room. It worth the price. We loved it.

There were some sticky spots on the floor and in the bathroom. The bathroom sink was set so high that my kids had a hard time brushing teeth and washing face.
