Hampton Inn & Suites Santa Ana/Orange County Airport

I enjoyed the black out curtains and shower had great water pressure and got really hot like I like it the room was well put together when we arrived we received extra towels within minutes of our request, breakfast offered in the mornings was convenient for early birds.

15 day fee for parking even as a booked hotel quest , no air vents in the bathroom , Outside landscaping is unmaintained,

the size of the suites/rooms are very spacious, beds are very comfortable!

The only thing that i think of it’s the parking lot, they have no space to put all the cars plus they charge you $10 per night, (which to me it’s not fair) only 1 vehicle it’s allowed per room.. and after that our floor didn’t have hot water on Saturday morning, they left a paper in the door same day in the morning, they didn’t tell us with a day in advance or the night before or at least a call early to our rooms that morning.. I’m not disappointed about this hotel, but i don’t know if i would go back to stay

Facilities were closed due to Covid and breakfast was light for the same reason so my review does not include those things. Staff was nice, checkin and our was easy, I was able to get everything I needed from the front desk. My room and bed were larger than expected. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was large and there was lots of mirror space so would work well getting ready to go out when there are places to go out to again. The seperate desk and tv Area was nice, again more room than I expected. The bed was huge and comfortable. Felt very clean too.

Shower/tub was a little small.

The staff were absolutely amazing... Life hasn't been the best for my two boys and I, and I've been struggling with major health issues lately and they honestly took care of us like we were family and like they wanted to show us how much we mean to them... It was nothing short of a blessing...

That I couldn't afford to stay longer and I'll probably never be able to afford it again... We're genuinely going to miss it here.

The room layout was about it

I had the corner suit and the bedroom wouldn't get cool, the bathroom was not well lit, the shower was dark (ladies don't try to shave), couldnt take a bath the plug was broken, was not told I had to pay a deposit and pay for parking so I had to pay more than expected still haven't got my deposit back. This was the worst cuz family members had to cancel and find a hotel farther away. Just a mess for a birthday surprise.

Kat, Eileen and Anthony were the MOST amazing front desk staff, ready with warm smiles and stunning customer service, and the housekeeping staff were lovely and efficient in their work. If I were in the area I would absolutely visit this hotel again

Absolutely nothing. Perfect stay

breakfast food was good, staff is sweet, cleaning ladies do a good job maintaining the rooms clean

construction was going on. i didn’t like that we had to pay for parking, also there should be security day and night, we saw several drug addicts around the hotel

The big rooms

There was trash by the ice machine for 2 days and there was never any luggage trolleys our entire stay

The breakfast was so good! 2 flavors of waffles, and hot food options. The rooms were quiet and clean.

Wish the pool was open later so we could go after theme parks. The toilet didn't flush correctly and there was a fan in the restroom, but no switch for it.
