Stains on carpet in room, shower curtain didn't keep water inside tub, no trash bags inside trash cans. Light switch on lamps hard to find.

Room was nice when I walked in. Plenty of pillows on the beds. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was great! & the staff working the kitchen were on top of everything and also super friendly. Thank you. The complimentary razor and toothbrush was a nice surprise. I forgot mine. the shampoo, conditioner and body was in the shower was nice.

Andrea. When we initially walked thru the doors, we were never greeted. Not a HELLO, welcome or anything. I spoke first. She didn't inform us of our total, just asked that we swipe our card for payment. I had to ask what the total was. Andrea definitely needs more training.

They have a real true full breakfast!!! Omg so many great choices and you can go back for more they don't mind. All the staff and managers were very friendly and helpful. This facility is very clean and so I hope that the patrons respect the facitliy and keep it this way! CA needs more clean hotels like this one. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay or two. But again, Patrons please keep this hotel clean, be mindful of others with respect and pick-up after yourselves. We must respect the business and keep it nice so that management can do their jobs in facilitating patrons needs. The staff works so hard to keep it clean, in order and do it with great customer service. Not to mention the great breakfast. I also liked the fact that it is in a safe community. The Irvine Police Department does an excellent job in making sure it's safe through their daily patrolling of the area.

Not a whole. If we had to pick on something, the internet will disconnect occasionally. It’s older and not as luxurious as some, but plenty good enough in most aspects and great value.

The room was huge! And felt like we could have a little time away from each other after 6 days of sharing such small rooms. There was a separation area with a couch . 2 bathrooms and the breakfast was good . It was also a very short simple drive to the airport

Room was very clean, the location is great if you have your car, everything is 20 mins or less away from you. Bed was very comfortable and the whole set up of the room was great.

The stay was great, the only problem you may come across depends who's staying next to you. Our neighbors were very loud, yelling and laughing. At 5-6 am and later again at 8-9. No respect for those sleeping, our room was down the hallway from the front desk. Nothing was done. The breakfast isnt much, just a cup of yogurt, banana, and breakfast biscuit, not a traditional breakfast buffet.

We were welcomed so kindly and the accommodations were amazing. It was centrally located to all the places we were planning to visit as well

No view from the window. I payed for a suite to not feel claustrophobic, so some sort of a view would have been better.

We had a extremely comfortable stay after a long week travelling. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially Kristina and Mariam. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was very close to the freeway and if you kept going passed the freeway there is a little center with little restaurants, starbucks, gas stations, ect nothing closer then that. The hotel itself is located on a industrial street (or something similar to that) but its still quite and still a nice area. The staff was amazing. Very nice and helpful! The room was perfect! Just the right size and the toilet isnt in the same bathroom with the shower which i think is pretty smart so basically two half bathrooms. The bed was comfy. The couch was huge great for someone to sleep on. And one last thing i liked was the desk with the window that opened to the half of the room with the bed in it. This hotel is great and i would definitely stay here again as well as refer others to stay here!!!

The laundry room only had one washer and one dryer! Also theres no breakfast right now due to covid 😞
