Sonesta Simply Suites Orange County Airport

The room was nice, clean and spacious. Free laundry. Had a gym. TV had a wide selection of channels. Staff were nice.

No pool. Talked to the ladies in the laundry room seems like a lot of people that got evicted from their apartments stay here for months some years. The bathroom downstairs was locked and told by those ladies and the front desk that the homeless people come in at night to use the laundry and the bathroom so they just lock the bathrooms. I didn’t see any though but it did make me a little uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The laundry was free which is a plus. We were there for a quick weekend so we didn't utilize the kitchen as much as we would have liked to. Having a bigger refrigerator always helps as well. Parking was also free.

A lot of places offer free breakfast but the value for what we're paying we can grab or own breakfast a short ways away.

The beds were the best! Accesible kitchen

The one staff, I forgot her/his name. No professional manners. Acted as if he/she was paying for my stay. No room service. Only every 7 days. Went to ask for clean towels and gave them my used one. And the person started eyeing/inspecting the towels! A little weird.

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the place was very spacious. The hotel was set up very nice and it was a nice place to say.

Some improvements that the hotel could make is to put a better curtain in the shower. I also wish I did not have to pay for parking per day at the hotel. Other than that it was a good stay.

There wasn't any breakfast during my stay yet it appeared everywhere I looked,Online their Website, Lobby Posters and Signs, on the room Television on all my Paperwork and Receipts Etc. And found out the hard way that there wasn't any free breakfast or paid breakfast or anything edible that looked like breakfast at the hotel. So back to my room to re- think and re-group for a new plan on a way to enjoy a breakfast during my stay that ended up being a much more costly meal, an early lunch at a local restaurant that clearly was taking advantage of all customers from the nearby hotels who all had to find a last minute option to start the day with a decent meal that by every indication up to the last second clearly seemed available for the customers but not one banner ,sign, poster or word of mouth from the staff during check-in notifying the thousands of customers since the pandemic began some 14 months ago that BREAKFAST IS NOT AVAILABLE everywhere there was a FACEMASKS ARE MANDITORY sign plastered Everywhere I Turned would have been helpful And Yes.. Saved Us All the Time and Hastles to change how our tight scheduled day already had to be Unessessarily Delayed, Changed and Altered. Just Saying... I kinda see it as a BAIT N SWITCH tactic used in old days Advertising. Yes ..That's Exactly What That Is My Friends.

The rooms were clean. Place is quiet except for the planes landing

Our closet clothes rack broke and it took a week to repair it. Rear security door kept breaking. Cars were broken into.

This was definitely the best deal I could find in orange county. I needed a place to stay last minute and found Sonesta. The location is great, close to everything. The room met all my day to day needs and I love the kitchenette and free laundry machines. I'm grateful for Sonesta for being my home for a few months while I searched for a new apartment.

Great location. No extra charge to park overnight. Room was clean, spacious, and refreshing.

The bathroom fan was very loud. Sounded like it needs to be replaced. And the toilet didn't flush very well.

It's a decent room - very spacious. Nice & comfy bed. Free parking lot Clean.

There's no breakfast. Location isn't close to any stores, except a 10-min walk to a gas station (where you can get some breakfast). The water pressure is too high.
