Holiday Inn Santa Ana-Orange County Airport, an IHG Hotel

We have stayed this hotel a few times before and we really love this hotel because of cleaned room and reasonable prices with the friendly staffs and great service. We stayed this hotel again for going to watch the Angels baseball game last weekend. But we had a problem with our reservation (NOT the hotel’s fault) when checking in, but Frank and other friendly staffs resolved the problem quickly and stayed comfortably and enjoyed our stay. We realized again how much friendly and great service they give us. We really recommend this hotel because all staffs are always greeted with the warmest hospitality. And the location is convenient to the baseball stadium, beaches and shopping and very close to the freeway. We are sure to stay this hotel again !!

Clean, renovated. Comfy bed and linens. Nice, helpful staff. No "party people " even on Big Game" weekend. I chose no housekeeping due to covid so I had to go to the front desk for extra daily supplies like coffee and toilet paper.

Road/traffic noise could be heard inside the room with windows closed and blinds drawn. Could be just our room at end of hall by the highway that could use soundproofing.

Quickly checked in didn't have any issues didn't feel unsafe, being a single women late at night trying to get to a safe haven to get away from an abusive husband. It was a little too expensive for me not having any access to money. But I just didn't want to sleep in my car.

The hotel was equipped with all the necessary amenities for an optimal stay, and I was greeted with warmth and hospitality from the various staff.

The location could be better, though the hotel assists in giving visitors peace of mind.

The hotel was okay. Rooms were clean. The hotel was quiet and sufficient for what we needed. A room for 1 night before going to catch our boat ride to Catalina Island.

The hotel is under renovation. Pool was closed. The breakfast was a sack breakfast, so they are still doing the Covid 19 no breakfast being served kind of thing. I'm sure the experience will be better once all the renovations and construction on the hotel are finished. More of the amenities will be available to the hotel guests.

I liked how clean it was despite how busy that hotel is.

Parking is very tight and small Lighting to do your makeup in the room sucks, I had to open the window for better lighting

No room service check the room for clean or change the towels or refill the tea coffee inside the room.. Plus also no buffet at breakfast time just bag with some snakes for each guest as they saying there is renovation they making.. So at least prepare place for guests in breakfast time only

Simply put, this was the best stay I ever had in Orange County. And I visited Orange County many times. The bed was phenomenal, the room was excellent & spacious, the design and layout of the room and hotel itself were phenomenal, and, the rate I payed for my 3 night stay was very reasonable. I would come back to this hotel again in a heartbeat. Oh, and one more thing, the hotel staff were the nicest staff I ever had the pleasure of meeting and talking with. The best hotel in the OC. PERIOD.

Noisy old Queen beds, definetely can't hold the weight of two people (we are about 160-180lbs per person). No kettle nor microwave in the room.
