Motel 6-Santa Ana, CA - Irvine - Orange County Airport

The daytime manager was very accommodating. The overnight clerk was very nice.

The overnight supervisor was extremely rude. We booked a non-smoking room because I suffer from respiratory issues. The clerk was great. She went to check which room was more acceptable. The supervisor did nothing. Was not sympathetic and told me to take it or leave it at 12 am. I took the room and spoke with the manager. She was great.

The room was clean. The office staff nice. The room next to me had some interesting characters that caused some commotion at 2am, and no one took care of that for 45 mins and it escalated out into the parking lot and to other guests staying in the hotel, other than that is good.

Please have security respond to events happening before they escalate to fights in the parking lot

The staff is wonderful! Rooms can definitely be cleaned better. The smeared dog poo on the balcony was gross. The walls and door handles should be wiped down imo. Just half assed cleaning for having Covid still around. Everything else was great for a motel 6! The staff is very nice/sweet and caring! That is why we keep coming back 😊

Cleaning of the rooms!

This is my second stay here, and I rated my first stay lower, but I noticed my biggest issue wasn’t applicable this time. Also, they accommodated my request for a first floor room, because although there’s an elevator, you have to go down 3 steps to the room level.

For what Motel 6 is, it meets my expectations, so those three steps are my only negative, and that’s resolved by requesting the first floor.

Very clean room with laminated flooring (no carpet), clean bedding, clean (but small) bathroom, lots of surface spaces, a nice balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful during check in. Plenty of free parking.

There are a lot places to stay but, every time we stay here its always pleasant. Front desk are very professional. Kudos to the Front desk Manager.

The prices of all motel 6 and other hotels has gone up so high and it shouldn't be cause of the virus it need to be the price it use to be very affordable but now hotels are so high that people going to spas and hostels cause prices went up when people are really going through. The place was so clean and space and staff was so great

Lighting in the room sucked. Only 2 lights and only electrical outlets in 1 wall none by the beds. Other than that, it was a nice place & clean, quiet

Only 2 outlets on 1 wall. No outlets for electrical items at the headboard against the wall had to run a extension cord! Other than that id stay again definitely

The property was clean, good management, the location is also very convenient, there is also a gas station right next to it, which worked out perfect !

The hallways did smell musty but I mean it’s a hotel lol
