Hilton Garden Inn Irvine/Orange County Airport

it’s a nice place good location. the staff was definitely very good and kind. very good customer service. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

we had to request our sheets be changed because they seemed to be dirty. there was only one elevator working and it also seemed like there wasn’t enough parking spaces or if other people maybe were parking there too. their continental breakfast was 10 dollars it didn’t seem worth it to me.

the guy who checked me in wasn’t hospitable. I felt like I didn’t belong there. He was going to charge me early checkin when a girl on the phone said early checkin is 25$ before 12 pm. I waited till 12 pm and he was going to charge me with early checkin. also he did not give me my parking pass that I had paid for. I later asked another person who got it for me. for 170$ I expect to be treated with respect and dignity as a paid customer.

We stay here often - clean, comfortable and very friendly with free parking and close to everything!

The staff from checking, to the servers at breakfast and the bar/dinner are exceptional! so friendly and professional. Shout out to the hard working staff cleaning the rooms and cleaning the property outside as well!

Only negative is the pillows.

I was especially impressed with the helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff. All were excellent, but I want to call out Hunter and Andrew for their special attention to our needs.

The staff appear overworked and stressed during peak times. Consider more cross training so you can rotate staff to critical places. Evenings in the bar/restaurant for example.

We liked that the room had a walk in shower. Being senior citizens, we were glad we did not have to climb into a bathtub to take a shower.

Free breakfast would have been welcome. Although there was a Keurig in the room with tea and coffee pods.

Price great fir breakfast which was included in what we paid.

Not impressed with breakfast as in the past. Always looked forward to breakfast before. Wanted to serve myself as before. Food took longer for food to come. Pancakes gummy. Yes gummy. Had to ask for something else. Wasn’t the same. So we opted to not go for breakfast on our second day and eat out.

We enjoyed the breakfast that we added to our reservation. The staff were amazing in the restaurant and bar!

The furniture in our upgraded room was a bit worn and the carpet was torn. Nothing that would discourage us from staying again.

The scenery and decor inside was lovely. The pool and fitness center were really cool, would definitely come back.

Kind of sounds weird, but adding a small bottle of lotion would be nice. After I took a shower, my hands and face were a little dry, and I forgot to bring my own lotion. So a tiny little travel sized one would be nice.

Everything, I had to leave the hotel I had initially booked because it was a nightmare and the Hilton made me feel so much better as soon as I checked in.
