I love all the amenities that make it sooo family friendly. I love the games provided, outdoor and indoor, and the playground RIGHT on the beach, as well as a BBQ. We loved setting up next to the playground in a shaded area within close proximity to a bbq and a ping pong table. Our 3.5 yr old and 18 month old had a BLAST. We bbqed some burgers and went swimming several times. Us adults were able to relax while the kids played with sand in the shade, and when they were done with all that, they loved playing on the playground. SO family friendly!

Needed a coffee refill but couldn’t get ahold of housekeeping or the front office by phone. Minor issue. I don’t have any real complaints. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it has all the amenities that allows my family to actually feel like we’re having a vacation with 2 active toddlers.

Our stay was for a quick work meeting, last minute ski trip in May and a runaway from the kids adult connect weekend. Location was very relaxing and our townhouse style room came with a full kitchen utensils, coffee, popcorn, as advertised. Having two bathrooms for getting ready was really nice, one had a jacuzzi tub. Unit was easy to find so we could easily Door Dash dinner. Plenty of restaurant options in walking distance. Recommend the Riva Grill, had one of the best Mai Tai's this side of Hawaii. Heavenly and Kirkwood were easy to access, and the snow gods sent us powder days in May. The lobby was a great place for quick work meeting. Hot tub had a great view of the lake and was kept very clean. Our room had a peak view of the lake from our balcony, we had been told it was a full view but we were happy with the peaceful balcony after a long day. Over all it was a great place for all ages and we will be back!!

Nice and helpful staff. Nice and spacious apartment. Townhome style: Two floors, two bathrooms, one with a nice bathtub. King bed and sleeping sofa. Good for 4 people. Facilities: microwave, mini-oven, toaster, coffee machine, mixer, dishes, a bowl... All you need to prepare some basic meals. Directly on the beach and in walking distance to shops and restaurants Community room with billiard table and a room for exercising

The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable for sleeping. The metal springs stick in your back. Very low quality. We paid a very high price due to vacation time. So we could really expect good mattresses. They heat the pool in winter which sounds great on the first view. But is it really necessary to waste such a lot of energy in times of climate change? In the 6 days we stayed there, I saw one person enter the pool.

Hotel is really nice. We liked everything about it. However, there is construcción happening.

I felt it’s not very honest to the guests to inform about the construction after the booking is done. They have only non-refundable options. So we found out about the construction only after we booked our stay. And of course we didn’t have a choice to cancel. The worst one is that construction was happening exactly in front of our window :(

Easy to locate. Easy to park. Amazing beach spot. Great location. Super friendly and helpful staff. I’m tall and this was my first stay in California where the shower heads were actually high enough, haha. They have a calendar with the events they run through the day and night for kids and adults, which I loved. I felt safe here.

I have nothing bad to report. I could hear parking lot noise and noise from other rooms, but that is standard for basically any hotel. There is no standard oven, which was listed in the booking. This is a great little spot.

Clean comfortable and convenient. The space worked great for our family of 3. Well thought out floor plans. Well equipped kitchenette. Good staff. Lots of parking. Good climate control.

My only complaint is how loud everything is in the room. We were next to the exit so the door was loud and frequently used. People talking in the hallway sound like they are standing in your room. Everything echoes. We were on the bottom floor and could hear alot of bumps and bangs above us. Obviously we expect some extra noise when you're sharing space with other people but it was more than we are used to from other places we have stayed.

Fabulous location, apartments are well fitted out with everything you need to cook good meals - even a food processor! Pool, hot tub and fire pits right on the private beach, a few hundred yards from some great restaurants.

There is building work going on which starts at about 5.30am. If ypu are in this block then you will need to be OK waking up early!

Very spacious apartment with all necessary equipment. Very clean. There is a nice beach with fireplace and swimming pool and spa nearby.

Our apartment was in the building 4 which was near a busy street so we couldn't open the window because of the noise. The only building 5 is near the beach and further from the street. Really good located!

love the location, private beach with restaurants surrounding. pool & hot tub are relaxing.

rooms could use some updating, mainly the carpets. we’ve stayed at this place multiple time in the past 5 years & they are starting to look dirty.

Right on the beach, the kitchenette was nice and had all the things you’d need (no stovetop/oven though, as advertised). Clean, comfortable, with all the amenities! Studio was spacious, staff very friendly and helpful.

Pull out couch bed not very comfortable… would be nice to have an option with 2 real beds because the bed was really comfortable!
